My husband & I are so happy we found him & loved our ceremony’s Christian and biblical passages!

bout love and marriage in our ceremony. He incorporated an opening prayer for us as well. His voice was also calming and set the tone well. We had many compliments of our ceremony and how beautiful it was. It was truly the right fit for us, and Pastor David delivered and guided us on how we wanted our ceremony to be. He did arrive early (as I was told and as he promised), and handled all of the paperwork for us immediately afterwards. I would highly recommend him!

d touches to the ceremony were fantastic. Pastor David was prompt, communicative, and informative throughout the whole process. Even in our brief time with him, it was so clear that he genuinely cares for each couple he works with and brings authenticity and joy to his service. Even our wedding guests pointed out what a phenomenal job Pastor David did with our service, and we cannot recommend him highly enough!

d I aren't super religious and pastor David was so kind and understanding. He gave us great advice and we never felt judged. We were so relaxed on our wedding day knowing Pastor David had everything covered. I highly recommend him!
We really appreciated having Pastor Gilleland perform our wedding ceremony. In our first meeting, he asked questions, got a feel for who we were as a couple and the kind of ceremo...
ny we wanted. He explained his overall approach and described the various elements of the ceremony he might use. On our wedding day, he performed the ceremony in a calm, sincere manner. He did not read from notes but had a natural, pleasant delivery style. We were able to incorporate family members giving Bible readings plus use of additional vows we wrote ourselves. I felt that Pastor David did a great job as officiant, providing a warm, memorable ceremony. We heard the same thing echoed from our guests. I'd enthusiastically recommend him, especially for Christian ceremonies.
We are beyond pleased and thankful that Pastor David Gilleland was our officiant. He was very flexible and considerate with my schedule for our first meet. From start to finish, he...
alway responds quickly to email and gladly answered all my questions and phone calls. On the day of the wedding, he took the initiative to see both bride and groom individually which tremendously helped with the nerves. During the ceremony, he took his time and made it sentimental. Even his voice made the ceremony sound beautiful. He was open to all our request and had amazing teamwork with our pianist. Lastly, somehow our marriage certificate was lost when leaving the venue, Pastor David was more than generous to go out of his way and meet with us again to resign the marriage certificate. He is truly an amazing and kind hearted person and I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Pastor David is INCREDIBLE!!! I can not stress enough how wonderful this man is. I do not live in Georgia. I planned my entire wedding from out of state. Regardless of this fact, I...
really felt that Pastor David made an incredible effort to get to know me and my husband. We spoke to him on the phone several times and had email correspondence. He made the effort to research our business (we own a farm) by going to our website and learning about us and what we do. He was patient, and kind and really offered us many different options in regard to the readings and how we wanted our ceremony performed. I did come to Atlanta to meet Pastor David in person before my wedding and I was impressed by his attention to detail and how much he had researched and knew about my husband and me. It made me feel like he really took the time to get to know us as a couple. He really personalized our ceremony by adding special family details. After the ceremony, EVERYONE commented on how much they enjoyed his service. His warmnth and genuine nature radiate through and through. He made our wedding day incredibly special.

our ceremony and called us several times to make sure our questions were answered. It is difficult enough to plan a wedding, but planning during a pandemic and in a different state adds an extra layer of complication. Pastor David took the time to get to know us and made our ceremony special- he even mentioned our dog, who could not be with us on the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend Pastor David if you are in need of a kind, professional officiant.

of heart felt suggestions that we absolutely loved using. We chose to do a hand tying during our ceremony and a letter box as well, both suggested by Pastor David and we loved every second! There was not a dry eye in the crowd. Pastor David is so helpful, comforting, and you can truly feel his passion and sincerity when he speaks. If you want someone who feels like family, definitely 100000% would recommend Pastor David! He helped make sure we were comfortable and prepared for all aspects of the ceremony! We were sad to say goodbye to him! Thank you Pastor David!!! “Thank you” is just not enough.
Simply perfect! Hands down, most important part of our day and we were so grateful that we chose him!

anding of our circumstances. We are an interfaith (Christian & Hindu) couple that wanted to have one ceremony to honor each of our faiths. During our meeting, Pastor David talked us through the entire Christian ceremony, worked with us to include details that were meaningful to us, and imparted so much guidance and wisdom that we will carry with us into our marriage. All of this resulted in the most beautiful and personal ceremony. He was also punctual on the day-of and communicated with us very clearly throughout the whole process.
Thank you, Pastor David, for making our day so incredible!

If you’re reading this review, you’re probably getting married, congratulations! This was the least stressful decision that we had to make throughout the entire planning process. ...
We met Pastor David at a bridal expo that Magic Moments was hosting. After chatting with him at the bridal expo, we agreed to meet up. He was the last person we saw on the way out of the expo, as we didn’t think about the importance of an officiant at the time, so I guess it was a save the best for last kind of situation. When we met, he sat us down and got to know us and he let us choose if we wanted to hire him or not. After speaking with him, we felt he really saw us as a couple, as real people, not a business transaction. We could totally be ourselves and trust him with executing our ceremony with precision and professionalism, that’s so important when hiring an officiant. He gave us suggestions that we didn’t even think to explore for our ceremony, such as a letter box and hand fasting, including honoring our loved ones that passed on. Everything that we wanted to do, he was so supportive and helpful. He is the best. Thank you so much Pastor David! We are so blessed to have met you, you helped make our wedding day that much more special.

rming and had a great personal touch throughout the whole process. Our ceremony consisted of a Hindu ceremony performed by a Hindu priest followed by a Christian ceremony to top it off. We spent a couple hours getting to know Pastor David when we first connected with him. His genuineness was felt from the beginning. The ceremony was designed with our most important elements and customized to fit our timeline (tough with two culture’s ceremonies!).
We thank him for his services and his work!
