Jackie was the best coordinator that we could have ever asked for. From the moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best hands. She showed up much earlier than expected, which helped everything run smoothly from the very beginning and set such a calm, organized tone for the entire day. She came incredibly prepared, had everything we could possibly need, and handled every detail with professionalism and confidence.
As a bride, it allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day without constantly worrying about what needed to happen next. She anticipated problems before they happened, kept everyone on schedule, and made the entire day feel effortless.
I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the day without her. Not only did my husband and I love working with her, but so many of our family members commented on how amazing she was and how impressed they were with her organization and professionalism. If you're considering hiring her, do it—you won't regret it. She was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding.
Very tentative to detail and quick to adapt when changes happened day of, very good at thinking of ideas I would have forgotten when going over my final game plan. Also, stayed positive the entire evening and very sweet in keeping things on schedule.

I’m Jackie, a day-of wedding coordinator based in Conroe and the surrounding areas, and my love for coordination actually began long before weddings. I started in high school and college as a stage manager for theater productions, where I learned how to manage timelines, cue important moments, solve problems quickly, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m an extrovert who gets things done, loves a detailed plan, and isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed. I work best with DIY couples who have poured their heart into planning and just need someone to step in, take charge, and make sure everything actually comes together.
On your wedding day, I become the question person, problem-solving, and keeping the timeline on track, so you can stay present and enjoy the moment. If your wedding is a little whimsical, a little quirky, meaningful, and full of magic, we’ll be a great fit.
