Not only was our wedding cake absolutely beautiful, it was also delicious. She allows you to try different cakes and frostings, and packages them up in the cutest little box to take home and try on your own, which turned into such a fun date night for my fiancé and me during that season of planning. She was so flexible with everything we wanted and truly made our vision come to life. You can tell she pours so much care and talent into her work. As a small business owner, she brings such a warm and personal touch to everything she does. We even got to meet her sweet Great Dane when picking up our flavor samples, which made the experience that much more memorable! u don’t think about. Her cakes are moist and her flavor combinations are delicious! I had a mid-September wedding and really wanted to combine the best of summer and fall. We settled on a brown butter cake with a peach compote and brown sugar buttercream, and it was so delicious I chose it for both the head table cake and a guest cupcake. She offers nut free and gluten free options. Her gluten free options are also delicious; it didn’t get that dense, gummy consistency that a lot of gluten free options do. I can’t recommend Hearth Patisserie enough!

ing a cinnamon roll to resemble a layered cake. Holly not only was able to do this, but made it absolutely mouth-watering and beautiful. For our tasting we shared the cinnamon rolls with our family it was a huge hit, nothing has ever compared to its quality! Our family members could not stop asking when they would get a chance to taste the cinnamon rolls at our wedding. It was a huge highlight of the eveing! And of course the creator of our cinnamon roll display, Holly was amazing to work with and is incredibly sweet. My husband has a peanut allergy which was no problem for her - all her products are nut free! Although we went with the classic flavor of cinnamon rolls, Holly had a variety of amazing fillings and icing to chose from - it was truly hard to choose just one! Just because our wedding has passed, we plan to use Hearth Patisserie in the future and would reccomend this bakery to anyone!

Holly took the time to drop off cake samples at our catering tasting (which we really appreciated). She was happy to consult on flavor combinations too, which was helpful. We ended up going with a brown butter cake with peach compote and almond buttercream frosting - and it was spectacular! Holly also made us macarons which we distributed with the cake. These were so popular that they started disappearing from people's plates while they were dancing at the wedding (I suspect the flower girl and ring bearer were responsible).
Overall Holly was wonderful to work with - very responsive, open to special requests, and had plenty of ideas of her own. The final product was exactly what we wanted and we would definitely recommend Holly to anyone for a wedding or otherwise.

Holly had so many classic and unique sponge/filling/icing options to choose from, and after sampling from an adorable custom tasting box (she made the prettiest mini cakes!), we chose a butter cake with blueberry-lavender filling and lemon cream icing. The flavors were perfect (layered impeccably) the sponge was soft and rich, and the cake itself was stunning. Holly had provided an incredible selection of flavors to choose from and set up a private tasting for us that allowed us to mix, match, and choose various cakes, fillings, and creams for each layer of the cake. Every element was so delicious that we picked three different flavor profiles for each of the three cake levels. There was a variety of options for other desserts for our wedding as well and Holly made it easy on us to make our selections, all of which were not only absolutely delicious, but the presentation was phenomenal.
