These hearts are a sweet memento for every wedding party member, from grandparents to kids and everyone in between. We have the colors to fit any theme or color scheme.
With Hearts on Hand, you can choose a customizable, bespoke wedding package to meet your favor requirements. Packages can include up to 200 colored hearts, designed with custom colors and patterns, and add-ons such as picture or wedding date inserts are available. We allow you to gift your loved ones a highly personal memento that will transport them back to the excitement and fun of your special day.
