Our wedding day was perfect and large part of that was because of everyone at Heartwood Hall! The garden and barn are absolutely gorgeous! Every staff member we were in contact with could not have been more helpful and kind!

Heartwood Hall is the quintessential venue for a bride looking to add some southern charm to her big day. I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw it. There are so many picturesque spots for couples and their guests to take beautiful photos. My guests absolutely raved about the house and grounds. A month later they are still talking about how perfect everything was. And I can't say enough about the staff. Cassidy is so patient and kind. You can tell she is is used to handling brides all the time. Any questions I had, she was able to answer or quickly find the solution. Thank you Cassidy for talking me down off the ledge Lol!! Kelly is an absolute doll. She helped me pray for clear skies on my wedding day and I got them! Kelly is not a day-of-coordinator, she's more like a friend helping everything run smooth on your big day. And listen to Mrs Denise. She's a wealth of knowledge on all things wedding-related. From correct portion sizes for your guest to figuring out if you really need extra time for your reception (hint: you most likely do not). Heartwood Hall is also great on the budget. Linens, table clothes, goblets and cutlery are all included in the cost for the venue. What more could a bride ask for!

Venue was amazing! The staff was helpful and responsive. The grilled cheese station is a must! Guests are still raving about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue is. They made our day special and stress free.

Heartwood Hall made our wedding a dream! We are so grateful for their coordination leading all the way up to wedding day! I’ve heard weddings can be stressful and we were not stressed one bit. We decided to have our ceremony in the barn and when they opened the barn doors for me to walk down the aisle, it was like seeing what heaven must look like with all the lights, drapery and flowers. I was speechless and Kelly made sure every detail was taken care of. Could not brag enough about this venue.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heartwood Hall. From the first tour I took to the very end of my reception, it was a joy to work with the Heartwood Hall team. Not only did they make my wedding reception beautiful but they also served the most wonderful food. My husband and I are STILL talking about their biscuit station! If you’re considering Heartwood Hall for your wedding and/or reception, book it now!!

Heartwood Hall was the most amazing venue for our wedding. We were surprised to find an available date for a 4 month engagement and I’m so glad we did!!! Our day of coordinator was phenomenal and we were able to go out to the grounds several times before to finalize our ceremony location and reception details. I couldn’t have loved it more!

I originally had my venue booked at Cedar Hall but we moved to Heartwood. Things were mostly wonderful. I really enjoyed my wedding and everything was beautiful. What I didn't love was that Covid restrictions were not discussed until AFTER my dinner menu planning meeting and after I asked. At that point we made the decision to move to Heartwood but had I not asked, I would have been required to wear a mask at my wedding reception. I thought that was deceptive by not being transparent. The day of the wedding I had a whole basket of programs and I wanted the left overs as a memento. They were apparently discarded because they were never found after asking and an email from the groom was ignored. I had to pay my stationer to reprint programs so I could have a couple to keep. Lastly, we did not know that we were not going to be taking home a to go box of the food we had at our reception. We spent a lot of time talking to guests at dinner because we thought we were going to get at least one take away box. We opened it that night and it was chicken salad. I felt like I didn't even enjoy my own wedding dinner because this was not really explained ahead of time. Had I known I would have savored what we had. Just some small things that left a sad impression.

From the moment I got engaged, Heartwood Hall was my dream wedding venue and my love for the venue grew after each interaction with the staff. Denise, the owner, gave us a personal tour of the property and discussed all of our options. Madi helped us decide our menu and reception layout and gave several helpful suggestions. Julie was our wedding coordinator and was absolutely amazing, she made our day run so smoothly and was available for anything we needed. The rest of the staff was super nice and helpful, any questions were answered very quickly. The food was also fabulous, we had several different stations and all of our guests were gushing about how great all of our food was. Overall, I highly recommend Heartwood Hall, you couldn’t ask for a better owner and staff.

Our wedding was a dream! The weather was perfect! Our wedding coordinator Julie was the best!! I’m so happy we chose Heartwood hall for our big day!!

Heartwood Hall really makes your whole wedding experience simplified and streamlined. The owner Denise is wonderful and always had time to discuss things with us that we may have been concerned about. Madi was our reception coordinator and Julie was our day of coordinator. Both were wonderful and helped keep the day running smoothly. It was so nice to have a venue where you didn’t have to worry about any set up or tear down. Everyone listened closely to our wishes and made sure everything was exactly where and how we wanted it for the ceremony and reception. I can honestly say that nothing was forgotten or messed up throughout our wedding day and I owe most of that to the wonderful staff at Heartwood Hall!

Heartwood Hall is the ultimate wedding venue!! My husband and I fell in love with every detail from the moment we drove up the driveway. Our theme was “Southern Chic” and Heartwood Hall was the perfect canvas. I highly recommend Heartwood Hall for a magical unforgettable wedding experience.

Heartwood Hall is FANTASTIC! The grounds are beautiful, everyone is super accommodating, and even the food is delicious! All of our guests were stunned by how fun and beautiful our wedding was, and my husband and I didn't even have to lift a finger. They really know what they're doing. Kelly Inman and Taylor Powell are amazing coordinators! Could not recommend this venue more -- you won't regret it!

Heartwood was a dream to work with from start to finish! The most gorgeous venue in the entire South with the most incredible staff who truly take care of your needs and put their couples first! It was so easy to plan with Heartwood, their staff lays everything out for you so it’s easy to see and customize it to your vision. If your scared of weather, don’t be, heartwood has you covered and will handle everything if your ceremony is in the barn. But if like me, you want the ceremony in the garden they will do everything (including the staff wiping down the chairs before the ceremony) to make it happen! The owner is the sweetest woman who helped us through the process! They gave us recommendations for vendors which was so helpful and they were always their to give advice. I without a doubt had the most gorgeous wedding day I could have ever imagine, all thanks to Heartwood!!! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Heartwood. I’m so thankful I chose Heartwood and hope you do too!

I cannot say enough about how much I love Heartwood Hall and its people! Obviously, if you've ever seen the venue, you know it's THE MOST beautiful space ever. But, what sets is a part even more is the people. From the very first meeting with their coordinator to tour the venue to now, they've been so good to us. My mom and I had lots of questions during the nine months leading up to my wedding and they were always so responsive and helpful. We got married one month ago and they are still reaching out to us gushing about our wedding and making us feel really special. My grandmother passed away one month before our wedding and they helped us come up with some special ways to honor her on our special day, like we were their own family. Even though they have weddings at their venue at least once a week, they make you feel like you're their only bride.

From start to finish, each and every representative at Heartwood Hall was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Food was amazing, and the venue itself is beautiful.

When I first got engaged the only two things I was for certain that I had to have was my venue and photographer. My decision was reinforced with my decision on choosing Heartwood Hall after my wedding day! Every single person that works at Heartwood are as sweet as can be! They do everything to ensure that your day goes as perfect as possible. Our coordinator Diane was the absolute sweetest and Taylor knew exactly how to set the ceremony and reception up the way I wanted! I had 0 stress the day of my wedding knowing that I was in good hands. The place is absolutely beautiful and calls for amazing pictures by the way! I continue to get compliments from our guests on how beautiful everything was and all the credit goes to Heartwood Hall! Their in house florist John Mark also went over and beyond on our flowers. They were absolutely gorgeous and I know every bride will be pleased with their flowers on their wedding day. If you want a stress free wedding day where you are treated like a queen then Heartwood Hall is no doubt your venue. It is worth every penny!

Heartwood Hall is the way to go! Not only is the property beautiful at every turn, but all of the staff members are so helpful and nice. From the moment you step onto the grounds they make you feel so welcomed. They know what it takes to make a wedding day go smoothly, and they handle everything so well. Our wedding day was so relaxed and so fun- I loved being able to sit back and just enjoy the day because I knew Heartwood Hall had it all under control. Highly recommend!

Everything was PERFECT! I am a very fiscally responsible person, but I will be the first to say that it was worth every penny. The grounds alone are just breathtaking. The personalization and attention to detail are the cherry on top. I did not have to worry about anything or lift a finger on 6/9/2017 (best day ever). If I had to do it all over again there are things that I would change, but Heartwood Hall would remain the same! You won’t regret having your wedding here.

Heartwood Hall was the perfect choice for our wedding! There are so many good things to say about them. My husband had been the videographer at a wedding some years ago at Heartwood and he had suggested we check it out for our wedding. We set up an appointment to meet with Amanda Greer for a tour, go over the contract and everything they offered. She was so welcoming and answered all our questions. The place is so amazing; they have beautiful gardens, an amazing historical house and an intimate barn. I was not big on having a barn at my wedding, but when you step inside it does not have a barn feel. It is decorated with lots of candles, a gorgeous lighted archway, a fireplace, a large wooden bar, and lots of seating and decorations. The chandeliers are made of branches and they were stunning. There is also a lake or small pond by the barn and a driveway lined with trees. Amanda explained everything clearly for us and we left knowing we were picking Heartwood. The weeks leading up to our wedding, I asked Amanda a ton of questions and she was very responsive with every one. About a month before the weeding, we visited for our menu planning and reception decoration, and we had a great experience. Amanda helped us with the finances to get exactly what we needed for the small number of guests we had invited. They have there on catering there and they provide cake cutting, bartender, cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres, waiters, sit down dinner or buffet style. They have amazing food, the mac and cheese is awesome! There also provide the tables, chairs, table linens, plates, utensils, glasses, napkins, centerpieces, decorations, chairs for ceremony, sound system, and quarters to get ready. The week of the wedding, Amanda was our rehearsal and day of coordinator. She coordinated with the photographers and DJ on when we wanted to have cake cutting, sparkler exit and everything. Also, they have discounts and incentives for getting married on Fridays or Sundays. We got married on a Sunday and we were happy to have that perk.

I can’t begin to express how wonderful Heartwood Hall was for my family. Every member of their staff was so accessible, encouraging and knowlegable. I would do it all with them again if I could. My sister went into labor at the wedding and they even bought her a baby gift and had it ready in our car following the reception! Beautiful venue, beautiful people!

My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice in Heartwood Hall. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful! The staff was willing to help in any way possible to make sure our day was perfect. Ms. Kelly was our day of wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond! Although it was at the top our of price range for venues both my husband and I, as well as, our parents are so so glad we decided on Heartwood as our venue. Totally worth the money!

We enjoyed working with the staff, they were all very professional and knew what needed to be done and when. We loved the versatility of the multiple locations on the property not only for the ceremony but it also allowed our photographer to have a multitude of options. We would recommend this venue to any engaged couple.

This place made my wedding better than anything I could have ever dreamed of. They made it stress free for me the day of and all my guest were in awe of how beautiful it was, and so was I. People were saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to!!

Our wedding was just a few days ago and we are so appreciative. This venue is incredible. Not only is it beautiful, but it is picture perfect like something in a movie. It is also a good value because so much is included in the price. The catering was awesome - everything was really delicious. Their menu has so much to choose from, it is easy to please a lot of tastes. Everything on our day went so well, it was hard to believe. It was absolutely perfect with not even one small thing out of place. The staff is extremely professional and VERY good at what they do. I would not hesitate to have another wedding at this venue and will recommend them to everyone I can.

Y'all, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! The ladies at Heartwood Hall go above and beyond anything you can ever imagine. If you want the perfect wedding that you've always dreamed of - Heartwood is the perfect place! From the food, to the reception and every little thing in between, this sweet staff took care of every single detail beautiful. As luck would have it, we were married on January 7 -the one weekend it decided to snow in Memphis! Despite the craziness of the weather, the staff at Heartwood Hall didn't miss a beat! Our day was an incredible winter wonderful and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Kelly Inman was our day-of coordinator and let me tell you what, she may just be one of my very favorite people in the world! She had our day planned out down to a science, and everything went so smoothly and perfectly because of her! Thank you, Kelly, for being the most fun coordinator we could have ever asked for!! Our entire wedding weekend was truly amazing and more magical than I could have ever dreamed it would be. It was the perfect wedding and a weekend we will never forget!! We used Heartwood Hall for our reception only as our ceremony was held at the church they were very accommodating and Kelly was the best day of coordinator that we could ask for! Would highly recommend this venue to brides looking for a one stop shop for all their wedding reception needs!

Our wedding at Heartwood Hall was PERFECT. I am a control freak, but I didn't have to worry about a single thing with the Heartwood Hall team. The moment I walked into the barn the day of the wedding they had everything ready and beautifully decorated. My planner with Heartwood, Kelly, was an ANGEL and made sure our day was perfect. I can't give Heartwood Hall enough stars for how perfect they are.

As the mother of the bride you want your daughter's wedding day to be as perfect as possible and we had that perfect day at Heartwood Hall! Amanda was our coordinator and she was a delight to work with, so sweet and extremely helpful. The grounds are beautiful and our guests gushed over how lovely everything was. Everyone loved the food and there were so many options it was almost hard to choose:). We enjoyed having the golf cart available for our guests who needed extra assistance. Overall, we received so many compliments about how pretty the venue is and how well everything went, there's not enough room to write about it all! We were all extremely pleased and delighted to have experienced the charm of this lovely venue.

This is the most beautiful place! Our wedding was perfect and our coordinator that works at heartwood was amazing! If I needed anything she was a text away and she helped make our day go off without a hitch! 10 out of 10 for sure!

I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about Heartwood Hall, the staff and the incredible experience I had working with them! They were so professional in everything they did, from the meetings beforehand to the set-up and throughout the entire reception! The barn is absolutely incredible, the food was delicious, the staff was amazing and my wedding coordinator, Amanda, was so helpful and kind and made sure that everything ran smoothly, which it did!! I would reccommend Heartwood Hall every time!

This venue was so beautiful and really allowed us to make the wedding of my dreams a reality! When we were first looking at places, everywhere else required us to use various contractors and Heartwood Hall alleviated all of that stress. With everything provided in one place it truly made the whole process more enjoyable and our wedding was beautiful! While it may be on the pricier side at face value, when you start to look in to everything that they provide versus how much you would have to spend on various contracts at another venue, in the end you actually spend less, have less stress, and can truly enjoy the best day of your life!!

My husband and I tied the knot at this beautiful venue on November 19th, 2016. Honestly the day of the venue was absolutely wonderful! I really didn't have a thing to stress such as how the events of the wedding were to occur, guest, food, and etc. The two houses that were available for us to use prior to the wedding ceremony are beautiful and very helpful to have to hold family and bridal party for a short period of time before the ceremony. The venue even comes with a wedding coordinator that helps you with small details that occurs on the day of the wedding (ceremony and reception). We had a close friend that helped us coordinate the wedding throughout our planning process and even on the day of the wedding (which I personally preferred) But i think that Amanda and my friend worked very well together. Amanda did an excellent job and she was so sweet throughout the whole entire process. It was really nice to have help from someone with Heartwood Hall on the day of the wedding. My family could not stop raving about how good of a job Amanda did and how beautiful the wedding was. However, my only complaint about the venue and customer serviced that we received was from management. Let me first start off by saying that it was completely our fault that we assumed that the a wedding venue would be able to accommodate changing venue times when the contract clearly states You have 7 hours of venue use 3 hours before the ceremony and 4 hours after the ceremony. Since our ceremony was suppose to start at 3 pm we could use the venue as early as 12 noon and had to leave by 7 pm. Personally I felt that the allotted time given was extremely short and also we had already made plans months in advance to get ready at the Marriott Hotel (Carriage Crossing location) from 8am-12pm with hair and makeup and wouldn't be able to get to the venue until after 12:30 pm the earliest. So we asked the venue (way over a month in advance) if we could moved the hours from 1 pm- 8pm and purchase an extra hour. I was sent to two different people to talk to and the last person I had contact with through email informed me that the owner Denise also did not want to accommodate our request because they have to pay employees and moving hours can "get out of hand quickly". However we were not asking for an extra hour but to move our times on top of purchasing an extra hour for $500. We personally felt management came off as very dismissive and felt like the venue didn't want to accommodate this request because why would they give it to us for free when they could make an possible extra $1000. The last person I also talked to also said that moving venue hours is a common request yet Heartwood Hall hasn't considered on updating their contract to better accommodate the needs of their future clientele. Which leads me to believe its a money incentive. So we ended up purchasing just one hour extra to our venue time and my bridesmaids and I didn't even get to the venue until 15 minutes before 1pm because we already had hair and make up appointments. So really it was a complete waste of venue time. Overall all we all had a great time on the day of the wedding and the venue does offer many amenities that other venues do not offer, but I would advise that couples read very carefully over the contract and ask questions and if they say something differently than what is stated in the contact that you get it in writing.

I could not be happier with my experience on my wedding day, everything was perfect! And so so so beautiful. I felt like my husband and I were completely there first priority in making us as happy as possible. I am so happy with our day!

Heartwood Hall is truly a fairytale venue. I had my eye on this venue long before I ever met my husband. When the time came to tour Heartwood Hall for my wedding I knew that I would not look at any other venue(s). The people at Heartwood make everything so simple. One of the greatest things about Heartwood is that it is absolutely gorgeous in it's raw form. There is no need to spend bundles of extra money on decorations. My advice to anyone looking at this venue is keep it simple. This venue really does have it all. Their goal is to take care of you. They keep you stress free throughout the entire process.

I was such a happy bride at heartwood hall! The venue is so beautiful and our guests have been raving about everything from the venue to the amazing food. I cannot thank the staff enough for their attention to detail and taking care of so many things for me. The coordinator, Kelly, was wonderful and I could never thank her enough for all she did to make my day go smoothly. I have no regrets and would not change a thing about our day!

We cannot say enough good things about this venue. The location is great, and the venue is absolutely beautiful. We got married in the four seasons garden and had our reception in the barn. It was perfect! All of the staff at Heartwood Hall are so helpful and professional. The food was amazing, and we received many compliments. Mary was my wedding coordinator, and I could not have asked for anything more! She spent the entire day & night making sure everything was just right. It made the wedding day completely stress free. Highly recommend!!

Heartwood Hall was a dream venue. Everything was so easy, from the planning to their flexibility in when I changed my mind (which was often). I was a somewhat particular bride, and they were all so lovely to deal with through it all. Both Denise, the owner, and Mary, my day-of coordinator, made sure my day was absolutely perfect. And the venue itself was a huge hit. Everyone loved seeing the property (which is gorgeous), and the barn itself offered the most romantic setting for our reception. Thanks Denise and all of the Heartwood staff!

I got married here on September 26, 2015 and it was everything I could of ever imagined/dreamed of and more! I highly recommend this venue to any and all! My entire bridal party, family and guest felt like royalty! For the bride, it was the most relaxing environment and no stress at all! They took everything over in their hands and made sure my day went as smooth as possible! If I could do it all over again, I would do it here in a heart beat!

Our wedding was in May 2014 at Heartwood Hall. When we were planning our wedding (from Boston, MA), in the back of out head we prepared for the dreaded "something will go wrong". With Heartwood Hall, everything went as planned. They used their experience to make our day special and stress-free. All that was left for us to do on our big day was to enjoy the time with each other and with our families and friends. As a bride, I was so happy to be able to have a true southern wedding and share a slice of the south with my Californian in-laws and New England friends!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful venue and all of the kind and professional people that work there. The whole plantation has beautiful features including the house where you get ready, the garden, the barn, the lake, etc. It looks like it is straight out of a fairy tale. Although it is expensive, it is WORTH IT! They provide so many additions that you may not even think about - linens, catering, centerpieces, aisle decor, A WEDDING PLANNER, etc. This venue made my day so smooth and perfect. Our wedding planner and the rest of the staff truly had our best interest at heart throughout the whole process!

Food is excellent. People are still raving about it. Denise and her team make everything so easy. Definitely worth it!!

Denise and her staff were very helpful! The venue is beautiful and well worth the price. My only complaint is that I wished my day of coordinator was a bit more professional. She came off as very rude and overbearing to most of my wedding party.

Heartwood Hall not only met but exceeded my expectations. They provided a wedding coordinator who saw the whole ceremony & reception through. Denise & John (the owners) were there for us every step of the way & had staff that took care of everything so that the families could enojy the day as well instead of setting up / tearing down. The location is absolutely breathtaking (even in the rain)! Due to the rain we had our ceremony & reception in the barn which turned out beautiful! It was an elegant Southern rustic feel which was decorated perfectly.

I was married in October of 2012 and was very happy with my experience at Heartwood Hall. It was a beautiful ceremony, we had no problems. The staff was friendly and we had a wonderful time.
