GRAND COUNTY’S NEWEST WEDDING VENUE - HEARTWOOD RANCH HEARTWOOD RANCH 10658 U.S. Highway 34, Grand Lake, CO. 80447 The Heartwood Ranch wedding venue, is an indoor/outdoor "western mountain" venue, located in Grand Lake, Colorado, is only 4 miles away from the town of Grand Lake and about 5 miles away from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The venue has breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, the Arapaho Mountain Range, Stillwater Ridge, and Rocky Mountain National Park, a water canal, beautiful meadows, pasture land and sits on almost 4 acres of land. Heartwood Ranch has been known to have elk, moose and deer visiting the property. Facilities and Capacity Heartwood Ranch provides complete use of the Heartwood Ranch Wedding House, the outdoor wedding ceremony area, the outdoor mingling/lounge area and the Heartwood Ranch Barn (for indoor wedding and/or reception). The wedding party will have complete access to the Heartwood Ranch Wedding House to prepare for the event, with 2 separate dressing quarters, one at ground level and the other upstairs. Each dressing area includes mirrors, full bath, comfortable chairs, tables, closets, vanity stations, access to a coffee/tea bar, refrigerator and personal lockers. Upstairs is also a guest bathroom, living room, dining room and a full kitchen for wedding party to use as they wish while preparing for the day. The outdoor ceremony area is covered with grass, wildflowers and has a wooden wedding arch (that can be decorated or left as is), comfortable chairs to seat up to a maximum of 100 people, and all with breathtaking views and can easily be accessed for those who may have handicap needs. The gorgeous views of the mountains, water canal, aspen grove, pine trees and pasture lands serve as the backdrop to the ceremony area. The Heartwood Ranch Barn/Pavilion is a partially open air structure to allow guests to take in the gorgeous view, therefore we are available during the spring and summer months of May through October. The outdoor mingling/lounge area has unique seats and tables, games, bar service area and plenty of interactive photo-op areas for guests to relax and have fun. The Heartwood Ranch Barn is a 30'x40' area for an indoor wedding and/or reception area, complete with tables and chairs to seat up to 100 people, a dance floor, a DJ/Band area with a Bluetooth sound system. Surrounding the Barn will be picnic tables for those who want to enjoy the outdoors and even gaze at the gorgeous canopy of stars at night. There is ample parking on the premises with easy access to all of the venue areas and even plenty of space for out of town guests to park their RV's or campers to attend the wedding. There is room for group buses to drop guests off.
