. If I could give more stars, I would. Heather is incredibly talented. She made both me and my now husband at ease during the engagement shoot since we had no idea how to pose. Great communication and flexible. The day of the wedding, she went with the flow (had some minor hiccups with hair/makeup going a little over time), we still got all the shots we wanted for the getting ready and first touch prior to the ceremony. The turnaround for the photos was fast and we are amazed that she edited every single photo. Thank you Heather!

ur venue several times and knew the best places to capture photos. However, she’s so good that she will quickly know how to make the most of any place she shoots. Heather returned our 1500+ wedding photos in two weeks! We were impressed with her fast turnaround. We were not used to taking professional photos and Heather was great at directing us. Her package included an engagement shoot as well. She was flexible and even let us do half of our engagement shoot in January and the other half in July so we could get some warmer shots in. We really enjoyed working with Heather and would definitely use her for future photography needs.

ork with. Not only did she come up with great suggestions during the planning phase, she took AMAZING photographs! Despite the early morning shoot, we had a blast posing around DC, and were delighted to see that just a few hours after we were finished she already had a special preview posted for us to see. We fell in love with the pictures, and were even more excited to see the entire 400+ edited pictures just a few weeks later. Heather is professional, dedicated, personable and has a great eye for photography. She knew all the right angles, lighting, etc. and was able to capture pictures that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. If you are looking for an amazing photographer in the Virginia/DC area, I definitely recommend you hire Heather!
