We first met Heather when she shot our engagement photos, and we loved working with her so much that we also had her shoot our wedding! I can't speak highly enough about our experience with her. She made us feel so comfortable throughout the photo-taking process, which made our photos come out looking effortless and beautiful. We have gotten SO many compliments on our photos with many people commenting on how natural they look. We are so grateful to have had Heather by our side on our wedding day, and can't recommend her enough!

Absolute fun, natural, and spontanuous! Heather has captured our story from our engagement to our wedding. My husband isn't the photogetic type, but Heather capture him and his happiness perfectly. We had multiple locations on our wedding day and she was completely accommodiating to all our needs - the details, the poses, the unplanned and even the most funniest moments. The photos were timeless! The use of natural lighting, the candid shots, the directions she does, and working her magic. We will, without a doubt in our minds, hire her to capture another chapter in our lives.

My husband and I signed on to the photography with Heather early on in our wedding process. When COVID hit we were devastated and looked to rebook, where Heather told us she would prioritize us first since we where her first wedding effected. Turns out she is pre-occupied with her Hawaii wedding that weekend. She offered us her second shooter who was NOT remotely qualified for the price we paid for our package. After the fact, despite the “god clause” in the contract, apparently a global pandemic didn’t fit under that for her (which is laughable), she refused to refund us. Overall, Heather showed us she’s completely self involved and only cares about herself. The only good thing that came out of this situation is I had an actual AMAZING photographer shoot my wedding. I guess everything happened for a reason. Overall, don’t have Heather shoot your wedding, because if it comes down to it she only cares about the money, not you.

Heather is terrific. If you have a chance to work with her, take it! Where to begin… To say that Heather played an important role in turning a dream into a reality is an understatement. Couples around the world have had to postpone or cancel their weddings because of COVID-19. We were no exception. Despite the months and months of planning that went into putting together our dream wedding this year, we were forced to postpone. We had been waiting for so long to be married, only to have the moment taken from us by circumstances outside of our control. Obviously, this was an incredibly sad time for us, but little did we know, things were about to take a turn for the better. We had not given much thought to eloping prior to seeing Heather’s work. Once we clicked through a bunch of her photos, the idea grew on us. Then, when we actually got to speak with Heather about how amazing an elopement could be, we were sold! We decided that Yosemite National Park would be a perfect place to do this and, with plenty of help and direction from Heather (tons of help!), we got everything set up and made the drive to the park. It’s important to note that working with Heather involves so much more than simply getting pretty pictures, although that is absolutely one of the perks. Long before arriving at the park for our ceremony, Heather was in near constant contact with us. She made sure that we had all of the necessary permits, sent packing lists, and let us know what we should expect the big day to be like. She was always available to us and quick the respond to any questions we had. Once we got to the park, this attention and care continued. During our shoot, Heather was always incredibly kind, supportive, and was always making sure that we were comfortable. Because she had walked through the area the day before, Heather knew exactly where to go and when to be there, making sure that there was enough time to get all of the photos we wanted, in all the places we wanted them. While shooting, she gave us constant direction to ensure that we got the best photos, all the while making it an incredibly fun experience. The postponement of our wedding was difficult moment for us this year. With Heather’s help, we transformed what was a sad and depressing time, into a wonderful experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives. In addition to her skill and dedication to her craft, Heather brings a level of attention and care to her clients that will leave you with nothing less than a wonderful experience. We can’t recommend her enough.
