arch when looking for our wedding day coordinator and knew the minute we got off our initial zoom call with Heather that she was the one! She is such a warm and genuine person and made our wedding run perfectly!
Heather was also so communicative with us (quick with replies!), and seamlessly handled all of the vendor coordinating for the day of our wedding. She also offered to join us for our food and cake tasting to be a 'fly on the wall' and take notes during the meetings so we could be fully present. A small detail, but it felt like she was going above and beyond as just our wedding day coordinator.
I sought Heather's advice many times throughout the wedding planning process and she was so quick to get back to me with her unbiased opinion allowing me to really rely on her for support through the months leading up to the wedding.
The day of our wedding went perfectly. If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it! I dumped a lot of decor / signage /etc. on Heather the day before the wedding and she did a perfect job setting everything up exactly as I envisioned!

al poise, composure, and kindness. After our first phone call, I instantly felt a huge weight off of my shoulders. Heather provides the perfect amount of guidance and advice, while simultaneously being totally supportive and enthusiastic about any decisions I wanted to make. She was always super responsive and always helpful. Throughout the entire process, Heather had the utmost respect and consideration for our vision. She is not only a lovely and wonderful person (the kind of person you want to be around on your wedding day and the kind you want to be friends with!) but is incredibly organized and made the planning process overall so seamless. On our wedding day, my husband, myself, and everyone close to the us had the chance to totally enjoy the day to the fullest while Heather managed every logistical aspect until the end of the evening. It made our day so fun and stress free. The single best decision we made was the choice to work with her!! Pick Heather!!!!

eather works extremely hard and goes above and beyond with everything she does. My husband and I felt at ease knowing heather was taking care of everything. She truly is the BEST wedding coordinator and I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding! -- Thank you, Heather, for all your hard work and dedication to our wedding. You truly did make a difference in how our wedding ran throughout the evening!
When my fiance and I decided to use Heather as as our day of coordinator we felt a huge weight lifted off our shoulders! Heather is extremely organized, professional, and above all...
, personable. Even our families and guests mentioned to us how sweet, bubbly, and kind she is! Heather was in touch with us for several months leading up to our big day. She always brought to our attention certain details that we would have overlooked had we not had her help. Our wedding was at my parents' house so coordinating all of the vendors as far as arrivals, parking, and the schedule was pretty tricky. Heather communicated very well with all of our vendors (who also loved her) and assisted with making sure the timeline of the day ran smoothly. Even when we were a few minutes behind schedule, Heather was never aggressive or pushy to move us along. She allowed us to enjoy our day as much as possible and helped rearrange the schedule as needed to keep things moving smoothly. The day went perfectly and even if something did go wrong, I didn't know about it! Heather encouraged me to drink a mimosa and relax while she took care of our very important day. We couldn't have done it without her and we are forever grateful! Thank you, Heather!
