Do not waste your time or money!!! I ordered an ARRANGED "Pretty Please" floral arrangement online (you can find them on her website for reference). She acce...
pted the bid and did the most pathetic job and delivered it to a well known business!! She just threw 5 stems in a vase without arranging them in any way. When I voiced my disappointment she told me "it's what you get when you order online it's always a rip off". It's why she "up prices her flowers and sells nothing for under $40 because you can't arrange the flowers for less." When I asked why she took the bid knowing she was incapable of delivering the flowers as they were ordered she told me she "knew it was pathetic and saw it was going to an art gallery and thought oh great" and she needed to "clean out her fridge for Valentine's Day". So all in all she basically doesn't care to do her best, she's more about money not quality and isn't talented in her field enough to do a good job. Steer clear!!! She made it easy for us to know who all of our friends, family and business contacts won't be using!!
We told her what we wanted, and that's exactly what we got! The flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL!

loved everything from my bouquet to the boutineers to the centerpieces. They were willing to work with me to get the pricing into something I could manage. The delivery process was super easy. Such an accommodating and creative place!
Our flowers were GORGEOUS! Patti Richards at Heather House was fantastic and worked with our budget to make the most beautiful bouquets, centerpieces and ceremony flowers!
I went in to ask about what flowers they had and what their pricing was. They seemed very interested in knowing my budget with flowers so they could help me find the exact flower i...
m looking for with reasonable pricing (in other words, they werent looking into me spending the most amount of money possible) They said they'd also order me any kind of flower that i would want. And they even give me tips/ideas for my wedding day! They were very nice and helpful. Im definitely going here to get my flowers in 3 months!
I absolutely love the Heather House! Patti (the owener) managed the flower for our wedding and they turned out PERFECT! She loves "country/shabby chic" and did AMAZING work for us!...
I would recommend her ANY DAY!
