really up for anything that we had planned for our wedding day, and helped make the day a lot less stressful. We chose a unique place to get pictures taken (Bull Falls Brewery), which was a new location to take pictures - and they rocked it! They really helped us make the most of the time that we had by doing things like getting pictures of the venue while we were eating lunch, took pictures of the rings/bouquet while we were having a beer at Bull Falls, etc. These touches really helped make the day less stressful and helped get great pictures! We love how both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures turned out! The photobook that came part of the package was a really nice touch. It’s high quality and goes great on coffee tables! Neither of us would consider ourselves to be very photo-friendly, but Heather and Ben helped coach us through the posed pictures and took a ton of great authentic pictures.

we made the right choice for sure. Her approach to photography is fun, innovative, creative, and above all professional. She is so approachable and open to suggestions. For example: if you would like to do something that is uniquely you as a couple she is all for making that shot happen. Rather than trying talk you out of it. The photos that she has taken of us are impeccable, me and my husband are not noted for being very photogenic and the last time we had our pictures "professionally" done you could see that they were photo shopped badly...:( it was disappointing because not only did we not look like us, we looked phony...
Heather on the other hand, not only managed to capture what we actually look like, (which for some reason most cameras don't) but we look incredible!!!
The other thing that was just so wonderful was that there are so many pictures that we didn't even know were taken. Just amazing little moments that we got to see for the first time and some that we didn't know they were present to capture but they did. *thank goodness!*

My husband and I were SOOO impressed and pleased with Heather Kessler Photography and would not have chose anyone else. She was completely professional, yet treated us as friends. One of the biggest things I remember about her during my wedding day was while I was getting ready before the ceremony. Guests kept coming unexpectedly into the room where my bridesmaids and I were getting ready. The venue where we were at unfortunately made this possible and as a bride, you don't want many people to see you until you're all ready! Anyways, Heather made it a point to kindly and respectfully point guests in a different direction. I was so thankful for this because she was trying to help keep my stress as low as possible. Update: Four years have passed since my wedding, and Heather has become more than our photographer. She has now taken maternity pictures for us (twice), and has documented our children's first years. I never dreamed that the photographer we chose for our wedding would continue to be in our lives for years. We are so happy with the photos, but even happier to have that relationship with her!!
