assistant Courtney was great to be around too. They did a fantastic job of being light and fun, yet keeping us all task. I can't say enough how great it was to work with them. We even had some last-minute changes, including stoping to take a photo with our dog. They took it in stride and made it all work. Through it all, I think we ended up getting everything completed, in an easier and faster timeframe than I thought possible. We couldn't have done it without her.

r for our wedding. Heather is a warm, assuring, confident presence which was exactly what I was looking for in a photographer. Her pictures clearly spoke for themselves--the perfect balance of portrait-style posed photos and candids. My husband and I were looking for that exact mix. The sample photos I saw were beautiful--artistic but not extremely retouched. Heather can truly capture a moment in a photograph and you will be transported to that moment. I literally can't stop looking at my wedding photos and how gorgeous they are! Heather makes you feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera as well. My husband and I are definitely not the type to take a lot of pictures of ourselves and Heather worked with us to get us to loosen up and have a good time getting our photo taken. We worked with Heather for both our engagement photo shoot and the wedding photos. I can honestly say she was one of the vendors I most looked forward to working with and the least worried about. As far as pricing, Heather's prices were very fair for the quality of the photos, the amount of photos, 2 shooters, and the pleasure of working with Heather. Some prices we saw in our search for a photographer gave us such sticker shock, but you will not have that issue with Heather. Her prices per package are very easy to understand as well. The day of the wedding Heather and Kelsey (second shooter) were outstanding. They seemed to be everywhere and no where at the same time. I got all of the shots I wanted and some I didn't even know I wanted but absolutely love. The photos I have are truly keepsakes. All in all, do yourself a favor and get Heather to photograph your wedding. She's one of the most kind, most warm, most professional people I have met. I miss emailing her all the time! And not only is she a fantastic person, she is an artist. She was an amazing photographer to work with for our big day!

On our wedding day itself, Heather was the one who noticed how overwhelmed we were getting and found us a separate room to sit and catch our breaths before the ceremony. Throughout the day, she didn't feel like a vendor, she felt like a friend, and I was so, so grateful. That itself would have been enough, but her photos are also truly extraordinary. She captured all of the special moments and emotions throughout the day, and her compositions and colors are breathtaking. They're not overedited or overprocessed, because you can tell that she has natural talent that doesn't require artificial enhancement with a computer. I'll forever be grateful to Heather for creating such beautiful photos that we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.
