I hired Heather about a year before my wedding. I knew I would need a planner because I'm not great at planning, and I get overwhelmed easily--especially with details. Heather was ...
great to work with! She and I would have phone calls around once a month, and she would give me tasks in bite-sized, doable pieces. She found almost all of my vendors except the photographer (who I'd already decided on). I think it's also important to provide the context that this was an out of state wedding for me. Heather was local. Because of this, I wasn't able to do a lot of the tours and trials that brides normally get. So I booked almost everything based on her recommendation alone. She was worth the cost of a wedding planner several times over--especially in the days leading up to the wedding. Five days before the wedding, we found out there were flooding issues with the venue--long story short: we didn't know until the MORNING OF THE WEDDING that we could use our venue. Heather kept me sane and helped coordinate with the venue to come up with a great back up plan. I highly recommend her!
Heather did an amazing job and really helped the day go by so much smoother. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulder.
Heather was our day of coordinator, and she went out of her way to help prepare for the day off. She alleviated so much stress of my shoulders by being the person of contact for my...
vendors. She is so accessible, that she even used her resources to speak to non-English speaking vendors. Heather goes out of her way to make dreams come true! The day of she helped where anything was lacking, and we didn’t have to ask her to do a thing. She is always willing to jump in. If I were to do it all again, I would involve heather from the beginning!
I had a smaller destination fall themed wedding! It was stunning and heather helped me pick all my vendors and sent plenty of inspo and options that fit my budget. She was very hel...
pful setting up a timeline and being main point of contact with the vendors the week before and day of. I got to enjoy my wedding! I’m sorta a control freak and it was amazing having Heather to be the person to make sure everything went to plan for me, I didn’t even look at the time all night! She was great and worth it.
I would not have made it through my wedding day with out Heather! She helped me plan every detail from vendors to table cloths, she took care of everything the day of so I got to s...
