She did NOT let us down either - I’m BLOWN AWAY by all of our photos! She was so kind and easy to work with - she understood that we felt a bit awkward in front of the camera and made us feel so much more comfortable. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner so she could do our engagement photo shoot too! Will absolutely be reaching out to her for future professional photography needs and YOU SHOULD TOO!

rst booked Heather for an engagement shoot in October 2022 where she traveled all the way to CT to my parents' little beach town. My dad actually made a joke during the shoot that he could just take our pictures and they would be just as nice. Well, Heather sure proved him wrong (which doesn't happen a lot with him LOL). As someone who had never been professionally photographed before, I was really nervous about looking and feeling awkward. Heather made my fiance, Mike, and me feel SO comfortable like she was just our friend hanging out with us. Her encouraging and genuine personality made us feel so so special. I was ready to give Heather 100 stars before even seeing the photos. They are absolutely STUNNING and captured our personality in the perfect way. Of course, we rushed to book Heather for our October 2023 wedding immediately. Fast forward to July, my older sibling, their wife, and 18month old son hired Heather for a family shoot at the same location. Once again, she was amazing and got all the best shots even with a grumpy kiddo who was up past their bed time. We now have a frozen memory in time of their beautiful family!! Finally, the big event! Heather traveled 6+ hours to shoot our wedding day and still showed up an hour early! Although I was still not so crazy about getting my photos taken, Heather makes it so easy and FUN! She actually recommended the videographer we used as well, John Hill at Avec L'Amour and to say they were a dream team would be truly an understatement. It was so cool seeing these two incredibly creative minds feeding off each other to get the best possible shot. It was a little rainy on our day and she actually took a photo of us inside a puddle reflection--I mean who thinks of that?! We were a bit late getting to the reception and Heather knew we didn't want to miss too much of cocktail hour but still wanted to get our portrait shots done. She made the absolute best of the short time we gave her and got us all the shots we wanted in less than a half hour!! One of my favorite lines of feedback from my guests was "when you're at a wedding, you really want to live in the moment. A few times as I was hugging loved ones or dancing with friends, I thought to myself, 'wow i really wish this was being captured.' Then, I would look up and see Heather kneeling nearby CAPTURING that special moment." Heather made our wedding day absolutely seamless and made us feel so special. I cannot wait to see her incredible work again when we get our photos back! RUN, don't walk to book Heather for your next photoshoot!! We are happy to say we have found a lifelong family photographer in Heather. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

She helped provide structure with all our photo needs, all the way down to learning the details our schedule the morning of our wedding so she didn’t miss a thing. I felt so comfortable with her and as though she was a close friend on our wedding day. She was so supportive, encouraging, and professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. Not to mention how our photos came out- I couldn’t have asked for better photos for our special day. I hope she will be available by or our future photo needs because I love Heather and want her to photograph all our special moments of life! Thank you for everything Heather, I’m so thankful for all of your hard work and support! I may be bias but I truly think you are the total package when it comes to a photographer. within a week, with a few sneak peak pictures sent to us the next day. Seeing our pictures on our wall makes us relive the best day of our lives every single day, and we owe it to Heather. You will not be disappointed, she is truly the best!!!
