I would not be able to find someone that understood how to do the clean, natural makeup (on asian features) that I was hoping for. I found Heather on Instagram and decided to message her... so glad I did! During the trial, Heather really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and talked through how she was going to achieve that. We went through skincare and traditional vs airbrush makeup. I had also sent her inspiration photos ahead of time and she studied them to really understand what I was looking for. When she tried the first lip color on me, she instinctively knew that it was not the vibe I was going for and voiced it immediately. After the trial, Heather asked for feedback and really took this into account for my wedding day. She drove all the way from Peoria, IL to Pacific, MO to do my bridal makeup and I am ever so grateful for that! Heather is so well-versed in makeup for different skin tones and facial features. She made us all (mom, sister, mother in law) feel so beautiful on the day of and really catered each look to what the individual wanted.
