We offer Day of Coordination (you get us for a full month), Full Service Planning, and Full Service Design (which includes the planning and coordination package). Additionally, Heatherly owns and operates a flower shop, so if you need assistance with floral design, we've got you covered. Packaging the visual design of your wedding together with a team that can make it all come together lowers your stress level and streamlines the planning process. And no job is too big or too small for Heatherly. We've dip-dyed napkins, curated unique decor, designed and executed floral walls, and even put together a handful of themed weddings. ng to do a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic and we knew the resort but we didn't have much else planned. I did not have a "vision" and openly admit that Pinterest is not one of my hobbies, so figuring out what we want the "vibe" to be was a job in itself! But they rose to the occasion. Heather listen and then delivered design boards and ideas to help us figure out what we wanted and from there made it happen. They kept us on a timeline and made sure that we knew what we needed to focus on and at what time. They were both easily accessible, and communicated via text and email which my husband and I greatly appreciated! Even when we made last minute requests for cold sparklers, and the resort needed an outside vendor, they made it happen. We also made the decision to have them travel with us, which I would highly recommend. I have been part of dozens of weddings some with a coordinator, some without and Heather and Dani by far blew everyone I have ever seen away. My husband's family is Spanish speaking and my family is English speaking, and they helped with translations, and ensured everyone knew what was going on regardless of the language needed. On the day of, they took all the stress off me, my mom and my sister - even making sure the guys were ready early, running back and forth to my room for things I forgot, rearranging my bouquet (by Heather herself), bringing food to our seats, ensuring we had drinks and sewing my dress when the bustle broke during the first dance. If you are considering hiring Heatherly for your wedding - BOOK THEM! On top of being wonderful, they are also super fun to hang out with and being around in general.

Danielle Bernal, "Dani" represented Heatherly Event Design at a wedding last weekend at our venue. She was organized and easy to communicate with leading up to the event, sending m...

e all the necessary info for the event. She submitted a timeline that made sense and a floorplan that worked well for the event space. She ran an efficient rehearsal the night before the wedding and had it wrapped quickly. On the day of the wedding, Dani was on time and executed her set up with ease. She never seemed stressed, and the day went smooth. Dani has a great energy about her and I will not hesitate to recommend her to future couples.

ding – this lady has the VISION. I explained to her our vision at a high level and she was off to the races – she knew exactly what I wanted and her recommendations were spot on. When I was starting to really stress about the small details, it was so helpful to have someone who talk through place settings, menu cards, welcome signs, etc. She understood my vision completely and that translated into the perfect décor for our wedding. At the last minute I decided that I wanted to add a bouquet just for pictures. With little direction from me, she put together the most beautiful bouquet – I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Everything was impeccable from the florals, to the bouquet, to the place settings that she helped put together. Thank you so much Heather & team – you guys were seriously so wonderful.
