Our experience at Heathrow Country Club exceeded all expectations, and we cannot thank them enough for helping to create such a magical and unforgettable evening for our family and friends. We will always hold you Heathrow Country Club in the highest regard as a major part of the memories of our daughter’s special day. Our guests were equally impressed and have been raving about the event from the beautifully arranged tables to the seamless coordination of the evening’s festivities. Many have commented on the exquisite menu and the impeccable timing of the service, which allowed them to fully enjoy the celebration without a worry. I was impressed that I could smoothly cut my steak with a regular dinner knife. It was first class dining. We were also deeply impressed by the flexibility and understanding by their team in navigating the challenges posed by the unfortunate rain that brought the ceremony inside. Their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests did not go unnoticed, and we felt confident and reassured knowing that we were in capable hands.

Amazing venue and decor made for a gorgeous wedding (despite the rain). The food was delicious… fresh, flavorful and displayed beautifully. The staff was so attentive, kind and hard working. They transformed the ballroom from wedding ceremony to reception in no time. Toni was so sweet and extremely thorough and organized. John took care of us during the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding/reception. He was constantly checking in to see that everything was to our liking. We were able to enjoy our son’s wedding/ reception knowing everything was in order. I would definitely recommend this venue!

I can't tell you how wonderful our rehearsal dinner was Friday night! The legacy was the perfect setting - intimate and elegant! We had the perfect manager for us (so kind and efficient) and the bartender and servers were so helpful. All the food starting with the shrimp and spring rolls as appetizers to the salmon and sirloin and sides and mousse shooters were so tasty as was everything else - the bride and groom and all their bridal party were so blessed!

The venue is breathtaking however it's the top-notch staff who made the events so memorable! I can't emphasize it enough how lovely Toni and her staff was to work with! From the initial decision choosing the venue all the way throughout to the events, I always felt at ease. The planning process and communication always went very smoothly and kudos to Toni for always being responsive and accommodating our countless needs! She provided the golf carts for our shoot and was kind enough to ensure Bride is getting the sneak peak of Groom and family as they enter :D I couldn't be more happier with how the events came to fruition AND I cannot recommend the venue enough to accommodate for any wedding or reception events, they specialize in delivering the best!

Having a wedding at Heathrow Country Club it was a complete package experience! They help you with coordination and finding trustworthy vendors. Kind and attentive staff. They were facilitators and made it easy for us considering the fact that we had to change both the wedding venue and ceremony place about 4 months prior to the wedding date. Great food!

We just had our daughter's wedding reception at the Heathrow Country club. From start to finish it was smooth sailing and painless - especially since I just dealt with another country club in south Florida last month and that was a nightmare. Toni the manager was easy to work with, professional, flexible, willing to try new ideas - open-minded, had many good suggestions, and was personally on-site the whole evening. The staff was great, professional, and responded to all our last-minute needs - fantastic crew. The club itself is a hidden gem in the North Orlando area, that many people still dont know after all these years.

What could have been an absolute nightmare switching a planned wedding from Washington, DC (due to Covid restrictions) to Florida turned into the easiest of tasks. Toni at Heathrow did everything from having recommendations on the best vendors to ensuring that everything went smoothly so that we were able to actually enjoy my daughter’s special day. We started planning our wedding last summer. Never thinking we’d have to deal with a pandemic around our big day. We were married at Heathrow the day before everything shut down due to CoVid 19. We had many last minute guest cancellations which is every bride’s worst nightmare. Toni was calming and super flexible. She was determined to give us our dream wedding no matter what. The venue itself is gorgeous and gives you a perfect backdrop for photos. The food was spectacular... guests are still raving about it! Look no further when planning your wedding, Heathrow is your perfect venue!

I can't even begin to describe Toni and her team at the Heathrow Country Club. Our wedding was scheduled for 4/18/20. Little did we know in our planning process that a freakin' pandemic would be a part of our story when we began planning our dream Spring wedding. Fast forward to late Feb. and early March when we still were thinking we'd be able to pull off a small wedding ceremony/reception. Toni was in constant communication with us, editing our guest list and ensuring the safety of our guests would be her main priority. It wasn't until a few weeks before our actual wedding day that we came to terms with our "dream" wedding would not/ could not be realized. After giving it a lot of thought, my fiance' Brian and I just wanted to be married. We got our wedding license the day that the state of Florida stopped issuing them... we took it as a sign. Brian and I realized we didn't care if our entire plans needed to be readjusted, we just wanted to be married. The literal angel that is Toni Curlin never skipped a beat. She was incredibly supportive. Offered to host a small (less than 10 person) wedding ceremony at the venue. Toni was the calm that we needed and had executed our day flawlessly. From our siblings that virtually participated to the cheese plater and champagne toast that Toni single-=handedly prepared to ensure the safety of her team members. I can't think of our wedding day without smiling at what we collectively pulled off through a lot of perseverance and determination. Toni will literally be imprinted in our story and in our hearts forever. She is now family. She is extremely detailed oriented, a go-getter and doesn't take NO for an answer (...even in the midst of a pandemic)... plus she does it all in the highest most fabulous heels, you've ever seen! Our daughter was recently married at Heathrow Country Club. We brought her to meet with Toni Curlin, the Director of catering and sales when she told us she wanted to have a breathtaking "wedding of her dreams" type of event. We have worked with Toni in the past for other events, and she has always been AMAZING! Knowing Toni would be in charge of planning this event coupled with the BEAUTY of the Heathrow Country Club...We knew our daughters wedding would really be a dream come true! Toni did NOT dissapoint! From the MOMENT we met with Toni Curlin and introduced her to our daugher until the moment of the sparkler exit at the end of the reception, EVERYTHING was expertly and professionally planned and handled. we KNEW Toni would help make our daughter's wedding dreams a reality! And my goodness, she FAR exceeded our expectations! EVERY detail was attended to. Toni gave advice, guidance when needed, and was kind, friendly, professional and responsive at ANY time we called upon her. A TRUE asset! She knows her stuff! The venue could not have been more gorgeous....the food was delicious, and the staff worked together like a well oiled machine the evening of the wedding and all of our needs were met wiwth a smile. We still have guests from the wedding texting and calling us about the wonderful time they had that night! Toni was amazing in anticipationg any needs and "making wedding dreams come true" for our daughter. Once we put our daughter in Toni's very capable hands there was no looking back! She listened to our daughters vision and then she made it all happen flawlessly. All the while managing every little detail in between...she made the wedding day flow flawlessly. The ceremony was out in the gazebo which was SUCH a beautiful and picturesque setting just before sunset in a beautifully manicured romatic garden area, and the reception was in the main ballroom with it's new carved tin ceiling tiles, gorgeous crystal chandaliers, Chiavari chairs in silver, uplighting for ambience, and tulle throughout the ceiling with twinkle lights...It truly was like a fairytale! All the way down to the dry ice machine that magically made the wedding couples first dance a "dance on the clouds"...what a memory! The table settings and chair wraps made it feel like a warm and inviting dreamscape! It could not have been more gorgeous! This entire day was ALL organized and set up by Toni and her team and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. Toni expertly guided our daughter through a year of planning her dream event in a professional and elegant manner. Heathrow Country Club exceeded our every expitation and we look forward to more special life events there with Toni at the helm!

We just had our daughter's Wedding at Heathrow Country Club. From the very beginning working with Toni Curlin was a delight! She and her team were accommodating, professional, kind and easy to work with. Since we were working with a Kosher Caterer, Zayde's Kosher Catering, Heathrow was one of the few venues which allowed them on their premise. Thus, making our daughter's dream come true. Toni coordinated with the caterer's and was detail oriented to make the day seem effortless. We received so many compliments about the venue, staff, and food. We can only say Thank you to Toni for her kindness, knowledge and expertise that made our daughter's day wonderful and perfect. The grounds are beautiful and the ballroom elegant and very spacious.

Our wedding at Heathrow Country Club was everything we could have imagined! The venue is so beautiful and spacious. We used the gazebo which was brand new ( it was beautiful but we wish it would have been painted so it didn't look incomplete in our photos but that is minimal considering how excellent the rest of our experience was) and the dining hall for reception. From the booking , to tasting, to execution Toni Curlin and her staff were beyond professional and hospitable. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and the food was absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you Toni and staff for taking such great care of us. I was completely set on having an outdoor barn wedding. After looking at several around town a family member of mine recommended us to go tour Heathrow. I was hesitant at first because i did not want the golf club feel. My fiance and I toured and met Rebecca. She was wonderful, you could tell she knew what she was doing and answered all of our questions right away. We ended up loving the views of the ceremony site and booked every early in advanced. It was well worth it. Our wedding day was put together exactly how i pictured it. I know we had some unforeseen bumps in the road, (like hurricanes and remodeling) but even with those bumps it still was picture perfect. I can not than Rebecca enough she made our special day absolutely magical and one for the record books.

My husband and I had our wedding at Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes and we could not be happier. We had a very intimate wedding of 32 guests and it was spectacular. Rebecca Lang, the Sales Manager, was fantastic at helping me every step of the way. She was always timely with answering all my emails (within less than 24 hours she responded). Rebecca went above and beyond helping coordinate the rehearsal as well as being there on the day of the wedding even though I hired a day-of coordinator. Not only is Rebecca amazing at her job, but the pictures on the golf course came out phonominal as well. Not to mention that the food was delicious as well. All my guests raved about how delicious the dinner tasted. Thank you Rebecca for making our wedding day so special!!!

Heathrow was so beautiful! The facilities were fresh, updated and well-maintained! Many other popular locations we looked at just didn't seem to be kept up very well. Rebecca was absolutely amazing. She was always available to assist us, offer up advice, and meet to go over room decorations and set up. EVERYONE is still raving about the food almost a month after the reception! Our wedding was beautiful because we choose Heathrow Country Club. We wanted a beach wedding, but after meeting with Toni Curlin everything change, she have so much experience and she help us with vendors, ideas to make our day even more special. The selections of appetizers and the food were incredible comparing to other venues . Top quality all the way. All of our guests loved it and had a amazing time, like I said top quality and delicious food. Hurricane Irma show up the day of our wedding, so we had to cancel and reschedule for few day earlier, again Toni Curlin was amazing, she took care of everything to make it happen and everything was beautiful. I definitely recommen this Venue for weddings and other events, the are very professional, top quality, delicious food!

I had an amazing experience with planning and the actual wedding! I had my ceremony and my reception at Heathrow Country Club in their ballroom and it was absolutely perfect! Toni is amazing and very helpful with everything! I did not have a wedding planner and with Toni's help I really didn't need an actual planner. She always answered all of my questions and was normally pretty quick with responses. Also the banquet staff was amazing! They made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted. We had the same server when we did our tasting and at our reception. He remembered when my husband and I drank and had it sitting at our table when we sat down to eat at our reception. They always kept track of the details and went above and beyond to make it amazing!!

Where do we begin!? From the first time we met Toni, we loved her energy and charisma. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable, one conversation with her would make you book any venue for your special day! Heathrow’s newly renovated ballroom was also a plus, with new carpet and beautiful chandeliers. I almost instantly knew this was the place I wanted to capture our forever. The courtyard overlooking the fountain was also very nice and fit 160 guests comfortably. We would like to give a special thanks to the staff, who were friendly, helpful and attentive of not only my husband and I, but our guests as well. The chef was EXTRAORDINARY! Every dish he made us, from the Ceviche shooters to the HUGE bacon wrapped scallops was like the quality of a five star restaurant. At the last minute we decided to have our rehearsal dinner at Heathrow Country Club and was not disappointed. Our friends and family loved the private room and awesome service, even while there was dinner going on for members in the main room. The location is perfect for out of town guests and has plenty of amenities in the general vicinity. Overall, we made the perfect decision to have our special day at this venue. The help and knowledge that Toni and team provided, made this such an easy choice. Our wedding and reception was at The Legacy Club and couldn't have been more perfect! The food was phenomenal and the wait staff was outstanding. Rebecca Lang was amazing!! Not only did she see to every detail, she became our knight in shining armor, quick to "fix" little things that I had overlooked. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and we owe it to the wonderful people at The Legacy Club.

Father of the bride. Everyone who attended the wedding loved the venue. The food and appetizers was phenomenal. My daughters wedding planner was Rebecca and she was super helpful during the whole year of planning. We were able to customize the plan to suit our friends and family perfectly.

Our wedding at Heathrow Country Club was simply perfect. From the beginning, Toni Curlin, the Director of Sales at Heathrow, gave us a tour of the venue and took her time to answer all of our questions and share available wedding dates. February 2017 was a quite popular month, and with a short engagement, we wanted to find out available dates as soon as we could. Toni helped us get the date we wanted in February 2017, and on top of that, helped us pick the perfect time that matched sunset on the golf course for our ceremony. She has been at Heathrow for more than 20 years, and knows the venue inside and out. We had 120 guests, and the room was the perfect size. She also shared her list of recommended vendors with us, which led us to finding an amazing DJ (Blast Productions, Chris and Rebecca Blanco), Reverend Kevin Knox, and my wedding dress at Brides by Demetrio's. The food was amazing, and we were able to select the appetizers we wanted as Toni expanded the list of hors d'oeuvres for us - we had bacon-wrapped scallops, prime rib bites, artichoke bleu cheese bites, and spring rolls. There were PLENTY to go around at the wedding, and we received so many good compliments on them. Toni even helped out at our wedding rehearsal, with getting us all in order and lined up so that the ceremony would run smoothly. Toni is very good with her email responses--she responds quickly and fully answered all of our questions. The venue was absolutely beautiful; it was recently renovated and has beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Toni helped us with getting organized for our reception entrance as well, and our plated meals were all hot and fresh, and sent out to our guests in a timely manner. The staff were very good about keeping my water filled throughout the night, as well as the guests', and the staff were accommodating, on-point, and friendly. I really couldn't be happier, as well as my husband, with our wedding day at Heathrow Country Club.

Our wedding venue coordinator, Toni Curlin, was extremely customer focused, accommodating, charming, intuitive and actually wanted us to have the "perfect" reception. We trusted her ideas immediately, and never doubted for a minute that my daughter's reception would go on without a flaw. And it WAS perfect! We are still receiving compliments on the room, service, food, table arrangements, and atmosphere! It was so easy doing business with Toni, that we had the wedding shower at their luncheon area, and the rehearsal dinner at Heathrow at Alaqua Lakes. I would highly recommend working with Toni, Rebecca and the Heathrow Country Club staff.

We got married here in 2015! The event went exactly as planned – everything was wonderful. There were so many outstanding aspects that helped us pick Heathrow over other venues. One was the privacy, some of the other venues we liked housed other weddings or parties at the same time. At Heathrow even if another event is occurring in the restaurant, your event is still private. The staff was also wonderful. Toni Curlin is amazing to work with, she can help answer any and all of your questions and provide valuable suggestions to help execute your event just the way you envision. The food was also delicious! We served our guests a duo of filet and seasonal fish – the chef was wonderful getting the fish we wanted. It tasted great during our tasting, but even better the day of the event! All our guests loved it! Great venue and value!

Our son and daughter in law was married at Heathrow in Oct. 2015. We had the rehearsal dinner, wedding and Sunday brunch there. I still have friends talking about how beautiful it was. From the moment we started the planning with Toni Curlin I never had to worry about anything. She and her staff took care of everything and more! I can honestly say I had no stress because of Toni and was able to relax and enjoy this wonderful wedding weekend. Toni is the best in the business!

At Heathrow Country Club the atmosphere was nice and the Food is delicious, but the Event Planning was not there and they missed the mark totally. They advertise as if they will ensure everything runs smoothly but the date of our event nothing was ready .. With all the other beautiful locations around,, I would not recommend. I see there has not been a review here since 2012 !

From the first time we walked in, Toni made us feel like our wedding was the most important event she was planning. The food was exquisite...our guest still talk about how amazing the steak was. The venue was perfect from the Barefoots beach area that we used for our rehearsal dinner to the cocktail hour area to the grand banquet hall. Heathrow Country Club is a must!

I Just had my wedding on the 30th of July! It was amazing! The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and every went according to plan. I had everything placed where I explained to them and I would reccomend this venue to anyone planning a wedding. I cant thank them enough for the wonderful job they did on my special day.

We used Heathrow for our Rehearsal Dinner and it turned out wonderfully. The food was delicious, the setup was beautiful and we all really enjoyed ourselves!
