Many have commented on the exquisite menu and the impeccable timing of the service, which allowed them to fully enjoy the celebration without a worry. I was impressed that I could smoothly cut my steak with a regular dinner knife. It was first class dining. We were also deeply impressed by the flexibility and understanding by their team in navigating the challenges posed by the unfortunate rain that brought the ceremony inside. Their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests did not go unnoticed, and we felt confident and reassured knowing that we were in capable hands.

Fast forward to late Feb. and early March when we still were thinking we'd be able to pull off a small wedding ceremony/reception. Toni was in constant communication with us, editing our guest list and ensuring the safety of our guests would be her main priority. It wasn't until a few weeks before our actual wedding day that we came to terms with our "dream" wedding would not/ could not be realized. After giving it a lot of thought, my fiance' Brian and I just wanted to be married. We got our wedding license the day that the state of Florida stopped issuing them... we took it as a sign. Brian and I realized we didn't care if our entire plans needed to be readjusted, we just wanted to be married. The literal angel that is Toni Curlin never skipped a beat. She was incredibly supportive. Offered to host a small (less than 10 person) wedding ceremony at the venue. Toni was the calm that we needed and had executed our day flawlessly. From our siblings that virtually participated to the cheese plater and champagne toast that Toni single-=handedly prepared to ensure the safety of her team members. I can't think of our wedding day without smiling at what we collectively pulled off through a lot of perseverance and determination. Toni will literally be imprinted in our story and in our hearts forever. She is now family. She is extremely detailed oriented, a go-getter and doesn't take NO for an answer (...even in the midst of a pandemic)... plus she does it all in the highest most fabulous heels, you've ever seen! She listened to our daughters vision and then she made it all happen flawlessly. All the while managing every little detail in between...she made the wedding day flow flawlessly. The ceremony was out in the gazebo which was SUCH a beautiful and picturesque setting just before sunset in a beautifully manicured romatic garden area, and the reception was in the main ballroom with it's new carved tin ceiling tiles, gorgeous crystal chandaliers, Chiavari chairs in silver, uplighting for ambience, and tulle throughout the ceiling with twinkle lights...It truly was like a fairytale! All the way down to the dry ice machine that magically made the wedding couples first dance a "dance on the clouds"...what a memory! The table settings and chair wraps made it feel like a warm and inviting dreamscape! It could not have been more gorgeous! This entire day was ALL organized and set up by Toni and her team and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. Toni expertly guided our daughter through a year of planning her dream event in a professional and elegant manner. Heathrow Country Club exceeded our every expitation and we look forward to more special life events there with Toni at the helm!

and easy to work with. Since we were working with a Kosher Caterer, Zayde's Kosher Catering, Heathrow was one of the few venues which allowed them on their premise. Thus, making our daughter's dream come true. Toni coordinated with the caterer's and was detail oriented to make the day seem effortless. We received so many compliments about the venue, staff, and food. We can only say Thank you to Toni for her kindness, knowledge and expertise that made our daughter's day wonderful and perfect. The grounds are beautiful and the ballroom elegant and very spacious.

ause i did not want the golf club feel. My fiance and I toured and met Rebecca. She was wonderful, you could tell she knew what she was doing and answered all of our questions right away. We ended up loving the views of the ceremony site and booked every early in advanced. It was well worth it. Our wedding day was put together exactly how i pictured it. I know we had some unforeseen bumps in the road, (like hurricanes and remodeling) but even with those bumps it still was picture perfect. I can not than Rebecca enough she made our special day absolutely magical and one for the record books.

Rebecca went above and beyond helping coordinate the rehearsal as well as being there on the day of the wedding even though I hired a day-of coordinator. Not only is Rebecca amazing at her job, but the pictures on the golf course came out phonominal as well. Not to mention that the food was delicious as well. All my guests raved about how delicious the dinner tasted. Thank you Rebecca for making our wedding day so special!!!

is amazing and very helpful with everything! I did not have a wedding planner and with Toni's help I really didn't need an actual planner. She always answered all of my questions and was normally pretty quick with responses. Also the banquet staff was amazing! They made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted. We had the same server when we did our tasting and at our reception. He remembered when my husband and I drank and had it sitting at our table when we sat down to eat at our reception. They always kept track of the details and went above and beyond to make it amazing!!

The courtyard overlooking the fountain was also very nice and fit 160 guests comfortably. Every dish he made us, from the Ceviche shooters to the HUGE bacon wrapped scallops was like the quality of a five star restaurant. At the last minute we decided to have our rehearsal dinner at Heathrow Country Club and was not disappointed. Our friends and family loved the private room and awesome service, even while there was dinner going on for members in the main room. The location is perfect for out of town guests and has plenty of amenities in the general vicinity. Overall, we made the perfect decision to have our special day at this venue. The help and knowledge that Toni and team provided, made this such an easy choice. all of our questions and share available wedding dates. February 2017 was a quite popular month, and with a short engagement, we wanted to find out available dates as soon as we could. Toni helped us get the date we wanted in February 2017, and on top of that, helped us pick the perfect time that matched sunset on the golf course for our ceremony. She has been at Heathrow for more than 20 years, and knows the venue inside and out. We had 120 guests, and the room was the perfect size. She also shared her list of recommended vendors with us, which led us to finding an amazing DJ (Blast Productions, Chris and Rebecca Blanco), Reverend Kevin Knox, and my wedding dress at Brides by Demetrio's. The food was amazing, and we were able to select the appetizers we wanted as Toni expanded the list of hors d'oeuvres for us - we had bacon-wrapped scallops, prime rib bites, artichoke bleu cheese bites, and spring rolls. There were PLENTY to go around at the wedding, and we received so many good compliments on them. Toni even helped out at our wedding rehearsal, with getting us all in order and lined up so that the ceremony would run smoothly. Toni is very good with her email responses--she responds quickly and fully answered all of our questions. The venue was absolutely beautiful; it was recently renovated and has beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Toni helped us with getting organized for our reception entrance as well, and our plated meals were all hot and fresh, and sent out to our guests in a timely manner. The staff were very good about keeping my water filled throughout the night, as well as the guests', and the staff were accommodating, on-point, and friendly. I really couldn't be happier, as well as my husband, with our wedding day at Heathrow Country Club.
