I will say, however, that we have been back and forth with you via email many times since then and have explained why as well as have proof via GPS of all the shuttles we did for your reservation. The reason we did not pick up the bride and groom is because the bride changed her hotel at the last minute the night before and was NOT at the location when our driver arrived. She then called the driver but he was already transporting the wedding party, as well as the Father of the Bride, who was on the bus. She wanted the bus there immediately but our vehicle was already on its way to the venue and unable to get there when she wanted him. We were doing what we were asked to do. Unfortunately due to the last minute change, that we were not notified of, the bride and groom did find other transportation to the venue. Our vehicles were moving back and forth all night, and we have the GPS as well that shows this. At the end of the night, there were two full busloads, the wedding coordinator made the last call to get on the bus but some people did not want to go to the hotel but wanted to go to an after party. These are the only individuals that we know of that had to take an Uber/Lyft. As far as taking a long or extended way to the hotel/church, our Chauffeurs all use real-time GPS units that give them the quickest route for that specific sized vehicle. I understand this was a stressful day for you. We do our best to provide exceptional service, hasslefree. However, without an itinerary or a coordinator to specify exactly what time or place to be at, they shuttled back and forth all night as needed. Sometimes shuttling only a handful of people so they didn't have to wait. Again, I am truly sorry we failed to meet or exceed your expectations. We do our best to ensure all customers are 100% satisfied, but after our emails back and forth, it is apparent that we are unable to come to an agreeable resolution. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. We will be using your feedback to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.
