he first moment we started working with him . I would highly recommend you choosing Mike to be your officiant for your wedding . Thank you Mike for making our day perfect!
We could not have asked for a better officiant at our wedding at Harbor Lights in Warwick, RI. Right from the start Mike made you feel like you've been friends for years and made ...
us feel at ease at each step. He is very accommodating and conscientious, guiding us through the whole process. Mike provided samples for readings, vows, poems, prayers, but asked for our input for anything special we wanted. He has a nice balance between detail and kind heartedness and his subtle instructions and tips during the actual ceremony were exactly what was needed. It was a pleasure to have Mike be a big part in our wedding.
Mike was truly the best man we could have asked for to officiate our wedding! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond—even offe...
ring to help me with changing my name after the wedding!
We eloped on a private sailboat in Newport, and Mike made our day feel so incredibly special and personal. He was warm, friendly, and thoughtful, and felt more like a friend we had known for years than our officiant. One of our favorite moments was when he played our first dance song from his phone so my husband and I could share a private, intimate dance on the boat. It was absolutely magical. 🤍
His beautiful words during our ceremony are even highlighted in our wedding video, and we will cherish them forever. We are eternally grateful our paths crossed with Mike. He is an incredible officiant, but an even better person. We honestly wish we lived in RI so we could spend more time with him beyond our wedding day!
We could not recommend Mike more highly—he made such a special day even more meaningful, and we will always be grateful he was part of the beginning of our marriage! ❤️

! Mike was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. He was very flexible with the ceremony script and ensured it read and flowed to our liking. During the rehearsal, he kept us, our wedding parties and families all at ease by providing clear directions. On the day of the wedding, he not only delivered the ceremony script perfectly but was a calming presence to both of us. He is funny, genuine, personable and most of all caring. He truly wanted to make sure our special day went exactly as we wanted. Looking back, we can't imagine our Wedding Day without Mike!
Choosing Mike Egan with Heavenly Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
The simplest way I can put it is this: Mike is just a great guy. Not just a great ...
officiant—a genuinely great human being who truly cares about the people he serves.
From our very first conversations, Mike was easy to work with, responsive, and willing to spend as much time as needed going over details to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He took the time to get to know us and helped create a ceremony that felt personal, meaningful, and authentic.
At the rehearsal, Mike immediately put everyone at ease. He treated our family and wedding party like they were his own, patiently walking everyone through the details and making sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be. His sense of humor brought a lot of laughter into the evening and helped take the stress out of what can be a nerve-racking process.
Then came the wedding day.
As I stood there waiting for my beautiful bride to walk down the aisle, emotions were running high. Mike was right there beside me, calm and steady, reminding me to breathe and enjoy the moment. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot. In that moment, he wasn’t just our officiant—he felt like a friend.
The ceremony was beautiful, heartfelt, and everything we hoped it would be. We are so grateful for Mike and the role he played in one of the most important days of our lives.
If you’re looking for an officiant who is professional, caring, organized, and genuinely invested in making your day special, we cannot recommend Mike Egan and Heavenly Weddings highly enough.

He also handles all the marriage license paperwork, which takes a huge weight off your shoulders. Mike can even run your rehearsal, and he does it with complete professionalism while still keeping everyone relaxed and smiling.

We had many guests compliment our ceremony, and how well spoken Mike was. After we returned from our honeymoon, Mike called us to review the name change process, how to get a copy of the marriage certificate, etc. He was so thorough, and he walked us through the process in every possible way from start to finish! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone!

many reviews online, we gave him a call. He was personable, friendly, and put us at ease. We immediately knew that he would make one of the most stressful, and personal, moments of our wedding day easy, fun, and just for us. Leading up to the wedding, Mike answered all of our questions and helped us craft a personal ceremony. He led the rehearsal and, once again, answered all of our questions. On the day of, he did everything he could to make the event go smoothly, from organizing the license ahead of time to handling our vows to ensuring all ceremonial items were in place. During the ceremony, he whispered under his breath our reminders when we needed them. Also important - he snuck out of the way for the first kiss - can’t wait for the pictures! Lastly, we were Mike’s fourth wedding that weekend, but he was always on time, always positive, always energetic. It felt like we were his first of the season!

Mike is also aware of all of the little things that you wouldn't think of, like how long you should hold the first kiss so that the photographer can snap the perfect picture. It's easy to tell that Mike really enjoys what he does, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an officiant. Thanks again, Mike!
