Makensie was SUCH a help on my wedding day. We hired her for the day of coordination, and she truly took a load off my plate. She worked with the venues, coordinated set-up and tak...
e down, and completely led the rehearsal the evening before. I didn't have to worry about scheduling anything with the vendors coming in. She also created our wedding day timeline and setup chart, which were perfect. When we forgot our bouquets at the Airbnb an hour before the ceremony, we just gave her the key, and it was completely dealt with. I can't imagine what the day would have been like without her. Would 100% recommend!

Heavenly Weddings was recommended to us by our venue. We went with a Day of Coordinator service, so we had a little help on the front end and support the day of our wedding. Makens...
ie was helpful, professional and her responses were always super timely during the planning phases.
We didn't know someone else would be performing the day of coordinator service until a few weeks before, but Sophia was an absolute rock star!! I can't sing her praises enough! She was helpful and fun. She made sure we ate and had drinks and took all the worry and fine details of the day off our plate. She was also able to match our vibe and was a really wonderful compliment to our day!! Sophia is a gem!

She offered continuous support and words of encouragement along the way that was much needed. Our wedding was a bit non-traditional and she was immediately on board with all of our ideas and helped bring our vision to life. I am so incredibly thankful for all of her help. If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, look no further!

ur wedding day, I did not know it and that's exactly what I wanted. She was great handling our family and our bridal party and continued to keep us and our wishes at the forefront of the day. We really got to enjoy our day and our day ran perfectly on time.
Makenzie was awesome! She gave me direction at the beginning of planning, answered all my questions along the way and majorly decreased stress the weeks leading up to the wedding. ...
I brought everything to the venue and she took care of the rest, made the day go SO much smoother than I could have hoped for.
During detail pictures before the ceremony my bouquet fell apart, and she and Kennedy Miller Photography kept everything going while trying to fix my flowers. During dinner of our outdoor reception a severe thunderstorm rolled in and the reception got moved inside seamlessly. Even with all the curveballs that couldn't be planned for, she was still attentive, kept the events of the day moving, and was excellent at communicating with the rest of the vendors.
I would highly recommend!

ability to 'make things happen'.
As a wedding videographer for 718 Creative not only am I alongside Makensie for 8+ hours, but capture every detail and moment she organizes. Working with Makensie has been an absolute joy.
Makensie was absolutely fabulous! In general I am a very controlling person who tends to plan ahead, so I was stressing and over analyzing the two weeks before my wedding. We had ...
a relatively large wedding party and we can be unruly at times but Makensie handled everything perfectly. On my wedding day I didn't have to worry about a single thing except having a good time. One of our vendors ended up not showing up at the scheduled time and I had no idea that even happened until much later in the evening. My parents had nothing but great things to say about her and how helpful she was in the clean up and breakdown process. Hiring a day of wedding coordinator is an added expense to an already expensive day but hiring makensie was SO worth it. I will honestly be telling every bride I know to hire her.
I can’t say enough good things about Makensie or given enough stars on this review! I truly could not have made it though the wedding without her! She did so much for us. From help...
ing with all of the little details to making sure I had no idea we were having issues with our DJ the day of the wedding. Everything was perfect the day of! We were either ahead of schedule or on time and everything ran so smoothly. We had major DJ issues the day of, it would have definitely made me go into bridezilla mode if I would have known. So I truly can’t thank Makensie enough for handling it so professionally. All of my vendors loved working with her and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you Makenzie for EVERYTHING!!
