My dresses came out AMAZING and with my wedding dress, they guarantee the cleaning, and include cotton gloves so if you handle the dress oils off your skin don't mess the dress up. I as expecting it to cost every bit of over 700,.00, but for my ballgown and veil, and reception dress it was 260.00. eets and take pictures.It was Labor day weekend and there was a lot going on downtown so the streets were blocked off.After 2-3 hours of photos the wedding dress had 6 inches of street grime on the hem and lace skirt.After the reception there were additional stains.The dress was then put in a canvas bag and forgotten for 5 years and never cleaned. When my son and daughter-in-law moved into our home for 8 weeks while they built a new house,the canvas bag arrived for safe keeping. Even though everything else they didn't need was in climate controlled storage.When I asked about the weird bag I was told it was her dress.She said it was never cleaned and was probably ruined but she just couldn't part with it and regretted not cleaning it.I have used Heiders cleaners for 40 years and I would say they are absolutely the best. I have used several other cleaners with lots of disastrous results. I knew if anyone could save this dress it was Heiders. I called ,explained and took it in so they could see it. I left it in their capable hands. process and were explicit about the cost of their services. After dropping the gown off, I received a call from Christie, their wedding
gown specialist. She discussed her initial inspection of the gown and explained the process she would pursue for cleaning and preserving my wedding gown. Finally, she called me before boxing my gown and allowed
me to come and inspect it. She did an absolutely beautiful job of cleaning the gown - it looked like it had never been worn! It was
obvious to me that she had taken special care to thoroughly clean the gown while ensuring that no damage was done to the gown in the
process. I would highly recommend Heider Cleaners for any bride looking to have their wedding gown expertly cleaned and preserved for
the future!
