My daughter’s dress was very soiled due to running around downtown Dayton for portraits. Black marks all around the hem. A bit of yellowing in the arm pit area from sweating. It’s ...
all gone! Heider Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning the wedding gown and price was fair. Would highly recommend.
I worked with Joslynn and she was great to work with! During my wedding I had gotten red cake icing (ack!) on the bodice of my dress, and wanted it preserved, and the hemline of m...
y reception dress was very dirty due to dragging. My dresses came out AMAZING and with my wedding dress, they guarantee the cleaning, and include cotton gloves so if you handle the dress oils off your skin don't mess the dress up. I as expecting it to cost every bit of over 700,.00, but for my ballgown and veil, and reception dress it was 260.00. I was and am still very impressed, and have a new customer for even my regular dry cleaning!
Just picked up my dress today and couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Heider Cleaners and Christy. My wedding dress is one of my prized possessions and I knew I wan...
ted to take care of it after the wedding. I chose Heider Cleaners because they are part of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists and they have a 100% lifetime international Guarantee. I was not disappointed! Christy was professional, personable, and does excellent high quality work. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and she made sure I was aware of what the dress needed done and why it needed done. I don't know if my dress will ever be worn again or if it will simply be my keepsake but regardless of what the future holds for it, I know it is in excellent condition and will remain that way thanks to Christy and Heider Cleaners.

Five years ago my son got married in Cincinnati. It was the end of the summer and after the wedding the Bride and groom took the wedding party to downtown Cincinnati to walk the str...
eets and take pictures. It was Labor day weekend and there was a lot going on downtown so the streets were blocked off. After 2-3 hours of photos the wedding dress had 6 inches of street grime on the hem and lace skirt. After the reception there were additional stains. The dress was then put in a canvas bag and forgotten for 5 years and never cleaned. When my son and daughter-in-law moved into our home for 8 weeks while they built a new house, the canvas bag arrived for safe keeping. Even though everything else they didn't need was in climate controlled storage. When I asked about the weird bag I was told it was her dress. She said it was never cleaned and was probably ruined but she just couldn't part with it and regretted not cleaning it.I have used Heiders cleaners for 40 years and I would say they are absolutely the best. I have used several other cleaners with lots of disastrous results. I knew if anyone could save this dress it was Heiders. I called ,explained and took it in so they could see it. I left it in their capable hands. Several weeks later the dress was cleaned and boxed.I picked it up and Surprised my daughter-in-law at her new home. She was hanging one of her 35 custom framed wedding pictures on her wall.I told her she had left something at our house and brought her the box.I cannot describe her joy and the shared tears. The dress was as pretty as the day she wore it.Not a spot on it.I told her I knew someone I would trust with anything I own so I took it to them.Thank you Heiders for a wonderful memory shared and 40 years of exceptional cleaning services.

cted Heider Cleaners, they took the time to answer all of my questions about the gown cleaning
process and were explicit about the cost of their services. After dropping the gown off, I received a call from Christie, their wedding
gown specialist. She discussed her initial inspection of the gown and explained the process she would pursue for cleaning and preserving my wedding gown. Finally, she called me before boxing my gown and allowed
me to come and inspect it. She did an absolutely beautiful job of cleaning the gown - it looked like it had never been worn! It was
obvious to me that she had taken special care to thoroughly clean the gown while ensuring that no damage was done to the gown in the
process. I would highly recommend Heider Cleaners for any bride looking to have their wedding gown expertly cleaned and preserved for
the future!
They did a great job with my gown, and delivered superb customer service as well. I'll be back!
