Throughout the entire engagement, if I needed advice on something or needed to get her opinion whether it was colors for the flowers, number of tables we need, what looked good on my invitations, she was right there along the way helping out. My wedding had a lot of DIY components and Heidi was right there beside me helping me set up and ready to answer any questions I had. When it came time for the wedding day we had unexpected rain and had to go with our plan B. Heidi and her team were extremely professional in setting up for plan B and swiftly moving everything inside to make me and our guests comfortable and enjoy the evening. Throughout the night, I would see Heidi and her team work hard to ensure everything ran on schedule and everyone had a good time. I will say this a million times, having Heidi took so much stress off me and it was so worth adding her services into our budget. I would highly recommend any future bride to hire her. She is the best!!

the day! To this day I have no idea what happened behind the scenes, when things were set up, or if anything went wrong. It was great! If you want to spend your big day enjoying the company of your loved ones I can not stress the importance of a planner or day of coordinator. There is absolutely no reason for a bride (or anyone in her party) to worry about anything other than enjoying the moment! This is one of the least expensive wedding expenses, and trust me, it is worth every penny. Heidi made sure that my big day was problem-free!

After hiring several vendors, my mom and I became very overwhelmed about wedding planning and I decided to hire Heidi as a "gift" to my mom to help her de-stress! It was the BEST decision of our entire planning process. Heidi helped keep us on track throughout the year of planning. She met with us multiple times and emailed me back immediately with help/advice (and I emailed her ALL the time!). On the big day, Heidi knew just what to do to make the reception flawless. Everything was picture perfect-like a magazine or movie. Aside from setting up the wedding of my dreams, Heidi and her assistant completely spoiled my parents, fiance, and I by making sure we were fed, always had a drink, and comfortable. She did a fantastic job communicating between vendors and keeping track of the pace of the night. I could not imagine my wedding without Heidi's help. I do not know how we would have done it without her! I would recommend Heidi to anyone!!

engaged in October and had hoped for a fall wedding, giving me roughly a year to plan. Unfortunately I had my heart set on a venue that was already booked on all the fall dates my church had available. I was told by my venue that I could get married in the summer (a 10 month engagement) or wait until the following spring (way too long in my opinion!). Every planner I met with EXCEPT Heidi stressed me out and told me that 10 months wasn't long enough. They asked me why I didn't already have a photographer or a florist (umm... probably because I've only been engaged a week?!). Heidi was the only planner I met with who didn't stress me out. Together we made everything work and my wedding was absolutely perfect. It was everything I wanted it to be and can't imagine having done it without Heidi. Carolina Weddings and Events is fantastic and I absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

not only is she a great person and have wonderful personality she was on the ball immediately planning everything. She kept me up to date and on my toes with getting everything done. I do not know what I would have done with out her. The scheduling and recommendations were on point. If you need a Wedding Planner this is the company you should go for. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends. I don't know what I would have done with out her.
