We were absolutely delighted with everything Heidi did for us! From start to finish, the experience was a dream. Heidi was able to provide us with EVERYTHING from our stunning invi...
tations to our cocktail napkins, a custom logo and even little sugar waffers that we put on top of the espresso martinis! In the beginning, Heidi really took the time to understand our likes/dislikes and our vision. She crafted each piece with such care and attention to detail. The logo, invitations and menu designs came out even better than we imagined – modern but timeless and every element reflecting us as a couple.
We’ve received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful everything looked. Heidi's work set the perfect tone for our big day. Plus, she handled every last tweak and question with such warmth and patience – nothing was too much trouble. Heidi addressed and mailed out all of our invitations, including the 50+ that were going to Ireland.
If you’re looking for wedding stationery that’s not just beautiful but made by someone who genuinely cares about making your day perfect, look no further. Would recommend Heidi Davidson Designs a million times over!
From the get go, Heidi was so responsive and flexible with us, as we went back and forth with the design concept several times. The final mockup of our wedding invitations blew me ...
away. Not only were they completely in line with the vision, but the cohesiveness and and eloquence of the design brought things to a whole new level. Now, in person the invites are more stunning that could be imagined and we're getting endless compliments from guests. And her calligraphy skills blow me away! Highly recommend Heidi!
Heidi not only was so easy to work with, but has a beautiful aesthetic! She was responsive and had great ideas. She always had alternative ideas if I asked ! She designed the wed...
ding invitations, menu cards, table numbers, escort board and welcome board for my daughter's wedding. Everything was beautiful and cohesive. I highly recommend her!!
Omg I don’t know where to begin with this one! Heidi is truly amazing!!! If you’re searching for someone to do your invitations and wedding signage, look no further, you found her!...
We had to postpone our wedding twice due to covid and we didn’t end up using Heidi until we postponed (I believe she was on maternity the first time around and wasn’t available or I would’ve used her from the beginning). Although postponing sucked, we were able to work with Heidi for our new date of July 11, 2021, which was amazing. She was a dream to work with. She’s soo friendly and so accommodating and really made our vision come to life. She created an adorable monogram for us, did a second round of details cards, all wedding signage, menus for our rehearsal and day of, the best custom drink signs with hand painted pictures of our cats and really cute gold custom stir sticks with the cats faces on them for signature drinks. Those were a huge hit with our guests!!
She exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was so perfect and personalized. She was so helpful and gave me great ideas and advice along the way. We got so many compliments for the personalized details at the wedding. I would 1000% recommend Heidi to anyone. I’m so happy we were able to work with her and would do it again in a heart beat. Her calligraphy and creativity were AMAZING. She is worth every penny!!!! You will be so happy you chose Heidi!
Thank you for everything Heidi!!!! You helped make our day extra special with the personal touches. We are so grateful!!

ought out suggestions to ensure their vision is carried out even better then they could have imagined. She is so creative, caring and truly loves her craft (and we love her!). She is a true professional that is the final puzzle piece to any wedding day! We look forward to many more weddings together in 2020 and beyond!
First of all, not only is Heidi ridiculously talented, but she's also ridiculously super nice! She pays so much attention to detail and really makes your wedding/calligraphy vision...
s come to life. I've taken a calligraphy signage class with Heidi and absolutely loved it AND she did our welcome sign & bar sign for our wedding back in September. Thanks to her class, I learned how to properly space out & design a wedding seating chart and ended up doing my own for my wedding & it turned out fabulous thanks to Heidi's direction. She is super flexible and you can pay to have her create something custom for you, provides beautiful sign rentals, and more! We rented her "cards" golden box and it was beautiful on our gift table. Our custom bar sign sits proudly on display on our bar cart in our home, and will remain there forever as a fun reminder of our best day ever! Heidi's work is stunning and she is a breeze to work with. I'd recommend her any day! Photos courtesy of Megan Welker.

n our big day! I went from wanting her to do invitations, to doing a ton more for our wedding day. The only regret I have is not having her do more for us!!! I would 100% recommend her for any type of event decor you are looking for. Such a professional and caring person to work with, and I can only hope to have the chance to work with her again!

hing from our "Welcome" sign to our seating chart, to our menus, our table names and even the calligraphy on our place cards (perfectly cut into leaves for each person's orange). Every detail was exactly as I wanted it and Heidi worked with me extensively to reach my vision. She was responsive, helpful, and is extremely talented!
Heidi is currently making a Welcome Sign for my brother's rehearsal dinner and I can't wait to see it! We love Heidi and will use her for ever project, years to come!

t and attentive with all our conversations. She truly upholds the meaning of "professionalism" I would HIGHLY recommend using her for pretty much anything you want calligraphy for. We had our friend make us corn hole boards for our wedding and she personalized them to exactly what we wanted. She was so willing and able to work with me on all aspects of what signage I was looking for and really made our wedding aesthetics come together. Look no further, hire Heidi for your next event!!!!

lcome sign, etc). She even had some signs available for rent that we used which was great because that cost was discounted. I feel like she not only understood my vision for our wedding, but she tied it all together way better than I could even imagine! She has such an eye for all things creative and her work is just beautiful. She is professional and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her, she really made the whole wedding process, from sending save the dates and invitations, to all the details at the wedding so very special and I'm so thankful we found her!

d raving about the hand addressed envelopes, wedding signs (ie. welcome sign, seating chart, drink menu, and quotes), place cards, food cards, guest book and card signs, and to top it off she personally hand wrote a quote on my husband's bible for his wedding gift. She is so talented, incredibly sweet and wonderful to work with, quick to respond to questions, and so attentive to detail. She genuinely wants each piece to be perfect for your wedding day. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am for her pieces... they are so beautiful I am going to turn our guest room into our wedding memorabilia room. I highly recommend Heidi Davidson Design!! Thank you Heidi for making my dream wedding come alive.
