When she was leaving the wedding she said she would contact me when the photos were done. After 2 months I finally reached out to see when she would have the photos done. She then loaded them and offered a free 16x20 for taking so long. I responded back with the picture I selected and did not hear anything back. I continued to follow up via email (which we had done previously), through Facebook both her personal and professional page, I sent a note through her website, and I also called and left a messages for her to call me back. One day I did catch her on the phone. I indicated that I had sent several emails to which she said she hasn’t checked her junk mail in a while. This to me was a poor statement, why would a business owner send client emails to junk, as I stated before we had been communicating via email prior to the wedding. She said she had the photo and was putting it in the mail on May 5th. I waited one week which is longer than I should considering 3 to 4 days is all it should take to get from Cannon Falls to Rochester. I started calling and leaving a message about once a week to be ignored.

s to attend the wedding or you're the mother of the bride and not a friend of Heidi's -- be warned. Out of 1400 photos you'll get zero to 10 pictures (some with eyes closed, certainly not 10 good pictures to chose from) with the bride and groom and you'll not have one single photo with the bride, her new husband and your family on the final cut or the wedding video. So, if you're the bride and you'd like some photographic memories of your mom being at your wedding, Do Not use Heidi Zimmerman photography. I even emailed Heidi after the event and she NEVER returned my email. The wedding day is pretty chaotic for the Bride and Groom so they need the expertise of a photographer who can guide them through photographs in order to include everyone. There really is no need for 300+ pictures of the wedding party (low estimate on my part) -- so it can't be said there wasn't enough time. Heidi's time management skills are not at the level where she should be charging fees for wedding photography. This photographer can't get the basics covered, much less any extended family like an uncle who traveled 2,000 miles in between cancer treatments to attend his great niece's wedding. Buyers Beware, there are no retakes!

with us from our final touches on our hair till the last dance of the night. We were so over the moon happy with the outcome of our prints and our wedding album. We have told all of our friends about Heidi and they have all booked with her as well. We will continue to do business with Heidi!
