Heidy and her team were a dream to work with. We got to build our menu and choose exactly what we wanted, and the food was amazing!! They made sure we had a full plate so we had a chance to eat and try everything, plates from cocktail hour, and drinks right after our ceremony! They really paid attention and made sure we had everything we needed. Heidy and her staff were all so sweet and all of our guests agreed that as a whole, they were an amazing choice! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Heidi & her team! From the planning process through the wedding day, they were professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible. We had so many guests tell us it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. Every course was beautifully prepared, served hot, and full of flavor. It's not often that guests continue talking about the food long after the wedding, but ours certainly did. The service was equally outstanding. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the evening. They were constantly checking on guests, clearing tables efficiently, and making sure everyone had what they needed without ever feeling intrusive. One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating Heidi was throughout the planning process. She were responsive to questions, flexible with details, and made us feel confident every step of the way. On the wedding day, they handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy celebrating with our family and friends. If you're looking for a caterer that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and a truly stress-free experience, we wholeheartedly recommend them. Heidy Weirich & Company is a full-service wedding catering company based in Etters, PA. I take care of the set-up, clean-up, and staffing, including RAMP-certified bartenders. I cover everything you need to make a perfect day. I only take one wedding a weekend. That is very important to me and will be to you. Your wedding week will be all about you! I make all our foods from scratch using local farms, farmer's markets, and grocery stores. All of my menus are custom-made, so the client gets to choose exactly what they want to eat. Of course, I will help with building the menu. I am not a "cookie cutter" kind of caterer where one chooses from lists of foods, and I don't have packages. It's a different way to plan a menu, but it's fun for the bride and groom to take an active part in choosing their favorite foods, whether it's places you've traveled or just enjoy eating. I want this to be about what the bride and groom want at their wedding...your wedding, your vision! One important thing is that our food gets rave reviews at every wedding. My goal is to keep my clients happy from start to finish! Open lines of communication are also very important to me. You will speak directly with me.

I began my catering career in 2007 as a part-time job working for an exclusive caterer. In 2020 she announced her retirement after 35 plus years. I was nearing my retirement from my full time job and I knew I wanted to continue catering. My mentor guided me to get my business up and running. All the staff continued to work for me and that is why my business has been successful.

We had a lot of kids attending, and she thoughtfully included a kids’ buffet with mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, which was a huge hit. The bartenders were also fantastic—friendly, upbeat, and made me feel like an absolute princess throughout the entire day. They kept the energy positive and were so kind to everyone. Leading up to the wedding, Heidy was incredibly responsive and patient with all of my questions. I never once felt like a burden—she answered everything quickly and with so much kindness. She truly runs the smoothest operation, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because I knew she had it handled. She also did my bridal shower, which was equally incredible, and guests raved about the food there too. She attended walkthroughs for both the shower and the wedding, and even when the venue staff wasn’t as accommodating as we hoped, she advocated for us and handled everything with so much grace and professionalism. As a special touch, she even took behind-the-scenes photos and videos for us, which ended up being one of the sweetest surprises of the whole day. We were so lucky to have her. She was great at suggesting options based on what we were looking for, bringing samples to our house since we couldn't book a tasting, and then providing amazing food to us and our guests. The chicken marsala, appetizers, and salad still stand out in my memory. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the guests remarked on how amazing the food was. She served excellent portions and there was plenty of food leftover. Her and her team were friendly and professional, all of the food was served on time, and she was great to work with. She was recommended by my venue (Whispering Pines of Carlisle) as compared to another potential caterer, and I'm so glad we went with her as we saw a wedding from the other caterer (not enough food, food was cold and tasteless, etc.). She was one of the only caterers that would cater our smaller wedding of under 100 people, and she did everything exactly to our specifications.
