Heidy Weirich & Company is a full-service wedding catering company based in Etters, PA. I take care of the set-up, clean-up, and staffing, including RAMP-certified bartenders. I cover everything you need to make a perfect day. I only take one wedding a weekend. That is very important to me and will be to you. Your wedding week will be all about you! I make all our foods from scratch using local farms, farmer's markets, and grocery stores. All of my menus are custom-made, so the client gets to choose exactly what they want to eat. Of course, I will help with building the menu. I am not a "cookie cutter" kind of caterer where one chooses from lists of foods, and I don't have packages. It's a different way to plan a menu, but it's fun for the bride and groom to take an active part in choosing their favorite foods, whether it's places you've traveled or just enjoy eating. I want this to be about what the bride and groom want at their wedding...your wedding, your vision! One important thing is that our food gets rave reviews at every wedding. My goal is to keep my clients happy from start to finish! Open lines of communication are also very important to me. You will speak directly with me.

I began my catering career in 2007 as a part-time job working for an exclusive caterer. In 2020 she announced her retirement after 35 plus years. I was nearing my retirement from my full time job and I knew I wanted to continue catering. My mentor guided me to get my business up and running. All the staff continued to work for me and that is why my business has been successful.

, fun and accommodating. Heidi took care of every detail, suggested changes that worked out perfectly, and made the day flawless. I can't imagine the day turning out so perfectly without Heidi and her staff. A definite 5 star experience! I wound up using Heidi's company for another event later in the year (a bridal shower) and everyone raved about the staff and the food. Great experience from beginning to end!!

The comment I keep hearing about the food is “normally I can pick one thing out that wasn’t any good at a wedding but I can’t with yours!” Everything was on point, it was delicious. Heidy also provided all the bartending and serving staff too. The were so great and so kind that our guests have even told us about each of them! Heidy and her team also packed up all the left overs and put them in the farm house fridge for us to reheat and serve the next day with our family! Still just as tasty! appetizers to delicious entrees. She was great at suggesting options based on what we were looking for, bringing samples to our house since we couldn't book a tasting, and then providing amazing food to us and our guests. The chicken marsala, appetizers, and salad still stand out in my memory. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the guests remarked on how amazing the food was. She served excellent portions and there was plenty of food leftover. Her and her team were friendly and professional, all of the food was served on time, and she was great to work with. She was recommended by my venue (Whispering Pines of Carlisle) as compared to another potential caterer, and I'm so glad we went with her as we saw a wedding from the other caterer (not enough food, food was cold and tasteless, etc.). She was one of the only caterers that would cater our smaller wedding of under 100 people, and she did everything exactly to our specifications. Her food was so flavorful and delicious, hot, served on time, and gorgeously displayed. All in all, Heidy's catering is well worth every penny!

We even met to go over the linen colors, she also came to our venue to do a walk through with us. We sat down and got to go over a menu completely custom-designed.
