Heights Tuxedo

My groom and groomsmen were given the wrong tuxedos, on the other hand, at least they each had one that fit.

We choose to go with Rob at Heights Tuxedo because of the convenience factor, and he did not disappoint. He worked with the groomsmen's schedule, came to the hotel for the fitting, and brought all the tuxes ready to go Saturday morning, and then Sunday came back and picked them up!

The owner really goes the extra mile and is friendly, even if he's having a bad day himself. He brings the tuxes to the rehearsal and picks them up the day after the wedding. All of the guys looked great and there were no issues with the fit of any of the tuxes on the big day.

Heights Tuxedo by far had the most knowledgeable staff in helping us make selections for the groom and groomsmen formal wear. We specifically wanted a morning suit and they knew exactly what we needed and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We went to Al's Formal Wear and their representative didn't even know what a morning suit was. The owner, Rob, personally delivered all the suits to the wedding rehearsal and had all of the men try on the suits to double-check the fit. A few needed alterations and he took them with him and delivered the altered suits back to the groomsmen the next morning at their hotels. Then, he went back to the hotels on Sunday and picked up the suits from the front desk. With many out-of-town groomsmen, it was a huge help to have the suits delivered and picked up. It made everything very easy. They cost maybe $25 more than the standard rental stores but the improved quality of the suits, the personal assistance and delivery were well worth it! I wouldn't use anyone else...
