My husband and I had a lot of “asks” for our Wedding food – we wanted food that tasted fabulous and was presented like you would find at a fine-dining restaurant. On top of that, ...
we also wanted some super tasty vegetarian options since we had a large group of vegetarians attending our event. We had been disappointed by 3 or 4 different vendor food tastings before we were recommended to try Daniel with Heirloom Catering. I am so happy that we found him!
Daniel exceeded all of our expectations, from professionalism; quality, freshness & taste of food; and presentation/plating. All of our guests were super impressed with the quality and taste of the food, including our picky vegetarian group! We loved that Daniel set up the stations where guests could view the cooking/plating process – from the sous-vide machines, reverse searing method, freshly boiled pasta, etc. I am still unsure how he was able to accomplish all of this, but we are so grateful that he did! We were very particular about what we wanted, and Daniel came through for us 100%. I would highly recommend Heirloom Catering and plan to use them again in the future for catering events!

usband and I were dreaming about the food and we were raving it about it to all our guests months in advance of our wedding. We had a lot of guests with dietary restrictions and Daniel handled them all wonderfully and all of our guests enjoyed their options. The team of amazing servers and bartenders were so nice and on top of everything. Daniel's team also created a signature cocktail for us and it was so good. could tell he was special. Daniel first made it a priority to get to know our daughter and my wife and I and to understand our likes and dislikes. He then worked with us in a very collaborative fashion to create what turned out to be an incredible and unique dining experience for our daughter (Megan) and son-in-law (Cory) and our guests. Not only was the food innovative and masterfully prepared, presented and served, but Daniel and his staff exuded hospitality and made our guests feel very special. From the beginning, it was clear that Daniel was singularly focused on doing whatever he could to help ensure Megan and Cory’s big day was special and memorable and he certainly hit the mark.

to the wedding day, fine tuning our desired menu. He was inventive and his passion really shined through. I could go on and on about how much our guests raved about everything!! We knew we would love the food but didn't realize how much more we would love hearing from all of our friends and close family how much they enjoyed it too! The ultimate treat was having warm salted Chocolate Chip Cookies passed around the dance floor towards the end of the night. We highly recommend Heirloom for any and all catering needs.
