Haylie and the Heirloom Team are nothing less than incredible. They are so professional and made our wedding planning process a breeze. We are so thankful to Haylie and her team for taking all of the stress of our special day off of us, and forced us to only have fun and live in the moment on our wedding day.

We booked Heirloom Event Company to help us on our wedding day and could not be happier. Haylie took us on as clients and immediately was a huge help. Technically our contract started 6 weeks out, but she was collecting vendor contracts and getting an understanding of our big day as soon as we started working together. Haylie even went over our wedding website and made suggestions on how to better communicate with our guests. She was available for any questions I might have throughout the process and created a perfect day of timeline to make sure things went smooth. Prior to our wedding weekend, she put together an itinerary for our events that we were able to send out to anyone with questions. This was a life saver; all our important people had the information they needed and could answer any questions people might have without bothering us on our big day. Unfortunately, we had hiccups with our venue, but Haylie was one of our biggest advocates to make sure we were getting everything we needed and treated fairly by the venue. She had the difficult conversations for us and communicated with vendors as needed. On the day of, Haylie made the day as stress free as possible. As the bride, I was able to take a step back, hang out with my bridesmaids and trust that Haylie would have everything taken care of. She made sure everything was in the right place and the day was moving along as it should, as well as making sure everything was cleaned up and made it in the right person's car. She took care of things behind the scenes so we could enjoy our day as much as possible! Even after the wedding, Haylie continues to follow up and is helping us with post wedding clean up. We could not recommend Haylie and Heirloom Event Company more! We really couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator.

As the mother of the bride one of the best decisions we made was to hire Haylie S as our wedding planner. She was absolutely fantastic! She was so easy to work with and went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. She reached out to the vendors and ensured they contacted her the day of the wedding and dealt with the hiccups when they presented themselves. Thankfully we did not have many. She stayed close to the bride and made sure she had a low stress beautiful day. She was always there, watching and anticipating needs. I heard many compliments from our guests about how kind and wonderful she was during the event. If I had to do it over, I would absolutely choose her again and again.

I had the pleasure of attending a friend's derby-themed birthday party planned by Heirloom Event Company at the Santa Anita Race Track, and it was absolutely amazing! Haylie at Heirloom was incredibly friendly, helpful, and cool under pressure. She went above and beyond to make sure that the party was a success. Heirloom created a custom party package that included themed giveaways, signature cocktails, and desserts. They also organized shuttle buses to transport guests to and from the race track. The wedding was an enchanting experience. The reception was amidst the rolling hills and lush landscapes of Branson, Missouri. Insane panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Every element, the ceremony, hospitality, culinary delights, and entertainment seamlessly came together to create a day that was truly magical. At one point in the evening, Haylie made a song request for Yo Gotti's Down In The DM. Once the song dropped, the whole room went bananas. Wouldn't be surprised if she started DJing at events. I can't recommend Haylie enough.

I met Haylie through a friends wedding that she planned. I was very impressed, and she mentioned she planned other events. My girlfriend and I attended a circus themed party at "Get A Grip Trapeze in Chicago", and it was amazing! It was 3-hours of flying trapeze, and there were Circus themed art, props, and food! There were several other couples at the event, and it was great. 10/10!

I cannot recommend Haylie enough! She truly excels at what she does. She is incredibly gifted in event planning to a theme, making you feel heard, and has this unique calming factor to her that just makes you feel comfortable. Haylie’s themed group trips are the BEST. She truly thinks of every tiny detail so that you can enjoy the weekend without any worries. She makes it flawless, organized, fun, and just such an adventure. The weekend trip (“Camp Glamp”) that Haylie planned was one of the best weekends I’ve ever had, and will remember it for a lifetime. She really outdoes herself, every time. You’d practically see it straight out of a movie. Would recommend Haylie over and over again!!

Haylie is incredibly good at what she does. Every event she has a hand in curating is always dripping with intentionality, on top of looking incredibly aesthetic. There are always echos of joy from anyone that leaves one of her events. I only wish she was still in Los Angeles, but I'm excited for the midwest to be reaping the benefits of her talent.

Working with Haylie was absolutely incredible. She helped me plan my husbands 30th surprise party. He loves escape rooms and puzzles and she helped me put together an elaborate and personalized escape room complete with games and escape themed goodie boxes for all the guests. She was so much fun to work with, she took the whole vision to a new level that I would never have been able to get to on my own. Plus, she’s incredibly sweet and easy to work with. I would trust her to plan anything!

Hailey's special touch on everything was incredible. Particularly her decorations and organized after-dinner games for the rehearsal dinner was incredible. All of the favorite appetizers from the bridal party's childhood was an amazing touch. Still have no idea how she was able to get pizza from Patsy's!

I was at a wedding that was planned by Haylie and Heirloom Events, and I cannot recommend her enough! Every detail, every moment was meticulously and flawlessly planned. As someone who planned my own wedding, I can tell you how hard it is to make everything go smoothly and look that good, and yet Haylie achieves it while making it look effortless.
