Haylie is a superhero. Day of, she was able to handle several curveballs with aplomb and allowed us to fully just focus on enjoying our day. Her and her assistant Kate even packed up our car at the end of the night so that we didn’t have to worry about getting everything together. She ensured the event was beautiful, seamless, and easy going. She also was extremely responsive in the months leading up to the wedding and coordinated easily with our other vendors. She helped us plan out a timeline for the day off and ensured we had a lot of options in front of us to help us determine what we were looking for with the ceremony and reception. Really the best thing about Hailey was her experience and relaxed energy. She had an extremely calming vibe the entire lead up to the wedding and on the day of when a couple things went wrong Hailey swooped in, said, “I’ve got this covered” and we didn’t have to think about it again because the curveballs were straightened out quickly and without anyone even being any the wiser. Cannot recommend them enough. Amanda was the planner and Haylie and Christiane were the coordinators for my LA wedding this past week. Amanda had planned everything absolutely perfectly - from decor to vendor booking, down to the tiniest details. All three of them worked together to create a timeline and stuck to it day of to keep everyone on schedule and everything running smoothly. Haylie dealt with difficulties that arose with the catering menu tasting like a true professional. And all three of them handled meetings, questions, and roadblocks that we encountered throughout the planning process. Technically our contract started 6 weeks out, but she was collecting vendor contracts and getting an understanding of our big day as soon as we started working together. Prior to our wedding weekend, she put together an itinerary for our events that we were able to send out to anyone with questions. Unfortunately, we had hiccups with our venue, but Haylie was one of our biggest advocates to make sure we were getting everything we needed and treated fairly by the venue. She had the difficult conversations for us and communicated with vendors as needed. On the day of, Haylie made the day as stress free as possible. As the bride, I was able to take a step back, hang out with my bridesmaids and trust that Haylie would have everything taken care of. She made sure everything was in the right place and the day was moving along as it should, as well as making sure everything was cleaned up and made it in the right person's car. She took care of things behind the scenes so we could enjoy our day as much as possible! Even after the wedding, Haylie continues to follow up and is helping us with post wedding clean up. I had the pleasure of attending a friend's derby-themed birthday party planned by Heirloom Event Company at the Santa Anita Race Track, and it was absolutely amazing! Haylie at Heirloom was incredibly friendly, helpful, and cool under pressure. She went above and beyond to make sure that the party was a success. Heirloom created a custom party package that included themed giveaways, signature cocktails, and desserts. They also organized shuttle buses to transport guests to and from the race track. The wedding was an enchanting experience. The reception was amidst the rolling hills and lush landscapes of Branson, Missouri. Insane panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Every element, the ceremony, hospitality, culinary delights, and entertainment seamlessly came together to create a day that was truly magical. At one point in the evening, Haylie made a song request for Yo Gotti's Down In The DM. Once the song dropped, the whole room went bananas. Wouldn't be surprised if she started DJing at events. I can't recommend Haylie enough.

I met Haylie through a friends wedding that she planned. I was very impressed, and she mentioned she planned other events. My girlfriend and I attended a circus themed party at "Get A Grip Trapeze in Chicago", and it was amazing! It was 3-hours of flying trapeze, and there were Circus themed art, props, and food! There were several other couples at the event, and it was great. 10/10!
