at I asked if they could change from white gold to yellow gold. They offered me two options. They could change out the settings entirely or plate them (the less expensive option). I chose plating and even though they both had pave diamonds the plating turned out perfectly. And finally…a heavy floor mirror fell on two of my rings (one a treasured heirloom) and flattened one and knocked out and damaged the stone in the other. Heirloom Violet repaired them so well you can’t tell they were ever damaged. I can’t recommend them enough!!
