ecial. This feeling was proven right during our fantastic engagement photo shoot at Union Station in Denver. Even though we were surrounded by people, Vanessa and her team made us feel like it was just us. The photos she later shared with us were so beautiful and match our personalities and relationship perfectly! Heirloomsnaps exceeded our expectations again in the weeks leading up to our wedding by personally visiting the site, meeting with our day of coordinator, providing us with an hour long phone call to review everything and even practicing special photos we requested! These upfront efforts made our wedding shoot feel so much more organized and let us be in the center stage instead of worrying about getting everything done. The photos that were shared with us afterward were that of a fairy tail and much more than I had ever imagined. Vanessa's artistic eye and amazing attention to detail has given me and my husband truly gorgeous photos of our special day that we will cherish always. Vanessa has been such a pleasure to work with, fun and professional. We did a total of three shoots and each shoot had a different look and she able to exicute exactly what we wanted with each shoot. Because of the weather on our wedding day Vanessa offered a follow up shoot and we were able to get all the shots we weren't able to get the day of. Vanessa and her team captured an arrange of newlywed photos, detail shots of decor and venue, bridal party, ceremony, reception, family and guest candid shots of the day. We got every shot we wanted on our long list and more. I was also able to do a boudoir shoot with her and use the photos to create an album to give to my husband the day of our wedding. Vanessa is very versatile, great with communication, personable and flexible. Our friends and family are amazed by the photos and the ones that weren't able to be there get to experience the day through the photos. We could not have pick a better photographer to trust to capture such an important day and we will forever have the photos and album to look back on and relive the moments throughout the years. After our initial introduction, we met at her studio, talked and looked through examples of her work, and we knew that she fit our vision perfectly. We met with one other photographer and left the meeting comparing the other to Vanessa and decided if we didn’t book Vanessa we would totally regret it! Vanessa is an artist and her eye is just astounding. She really gets into your personalities and wants to make sure she captures your relationship, not just your wedding day. We appreciated her unique ideas, artistic styling, professional, yet friendly attitude and just the way she disappeared into the events of the day and captured those moments when you thought no-one else was looking. She was also very good about keeping the timeline and schedule in check and made sure we got the posed photographs that were important to us. She even dealt with our desire for 2 huge family photographs, which are worth more than words can describe. Vanessa is someone we were incredibly lucky to find!

She made the most of every part of our venue to create some truly special shots which we will treasure forever. We got all the pictures we wanted and so many more that we didn't even know we wanted until we had them! Vanessa flawlessly maneuvered between important staged pictures (family, wedding party, husband and wife) and candid shots taken as we enjoyed our wedding day. Adapting quickly to everything throughout the day, Vanessa even grabbed my husband and I for a few minutes of photos around sunset, when the lighting was "just right." Heirloomsnaps also did our engagement photos, and it was so fun to work with them. We ended up with a unique variety of photos that really captured our relationship, as well as the spirit of our town. Vanessa also came up with many ideas for one-of-a-kind shots, and she was great at helping my husband and I relax in front of the camera.

To put it simply were speechless when we first saw our photos. We are incredibly happy with every single shot and can’t believe that you were able to move around so much and yet not even be seen.
