eceived so many compliments on my hair. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Hello Beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a hairstylist on their wedding day! 

's communication was terrible from the start. It took me exactly one month to finally get a hold of the owner and schedule the hair and makeup trials. I emailed her twice two weeks apart and called her at least 2 times. When I finally got her on the phone, she told me to email her my availability, which I did. The owner did not respond to that email for another 18 days. Meanwhile, my wedding was only  a little over a month away and I still did not have my trial completed, despite my best efforts to schedule it with the owner. My mom went with me to the trial because she also wanted her own trial completed. After the trial, my mom had major concerns about her hair and makeup. By the time we got home 45 minutes later, my mom’s makeup had moved significantly. My mom asked that I email Kristen to inform her about her concerns, which I did. This was yet again another instance where Kristen did not reply to my email or reassure me that she would relay my mom’s concerns to the artist. On my wedding day, the hair and makeup artists themselves were friendly, but there were major issues with the coordination and execution. The owner told me the hair and makeup would start at 10:30 AM for my party, and when I arrived, the artists were already there and informed me that the owner told them we were supposed to start at 9/9:30 AM. This discrepancy led to me running over an hour late for my first look, and I lost valuable time that was supposed to be dedicated to photos with my family and wedding party. In the emails from the owner, she stated that I would be ready by 2 PM, which did not happen. I hired my wedding photographers for 8 hours of photography coverage but instead only got 7 hours due to how long hair and makeup took. The quality of the work was also quite poor - the makeup moved throughout the day not only on myself but also on my wife and our wedding parties. Furthermore, my hair did not look like it had during the trial. Unfortunately, because we were already running an hour late, I did not ask the hair stylist to fix my hair, as this did not seem like the best use of my limited time. The artists said they would let the owner know about this major miscommunication, but I never heard from her about her mistake, even though I have the email to prove her error. In addition, I had emailed the owner prior to my wedding day about a hair/makeup schedule and coordinating specific time slots for my wedding party. She never responded to this email. I would like to note that I have a friend who used Hello Beautiful for her wedding and she also mentioned that the owner's communication was poor at times. Overall, I would not recommend Hello Beautiful to any future brides looking for an stress-free, high-quality beauty experience on their wedding day. If I could go back in time and choose a different hair/makeup vendor, I absolutely would. 

I had a pretty large bridal party (10 Bridesmaids, 5 flower girls, MOB, and MOG). Kristen’s teams had us all ready to go with plenty of time to spare before first look. Her entire team was incredibly nice and every single girl in the bridal party was more than happy with the outcome, especially me. Highly recommend!!

an I did on trial day. It was important to me to still look like myself, which I did. I looked like me, just more fabulous. It stayed all day too, my hair and makeup still looked perfect at 2am. I had a big bridal party; 7 bridesmaids, mom, stepmom, mother-in-law, and stepdaughter. Everyone got their hair and makeup done, so it was a busy morning. Our 3 artists arrived at 9:30am and were finished just after 1pm. They were very efficient and everyone loved their work. All 11 ladies loved their hair and makeup. Everyone’s styles were a little different and fit each of them perfectly.

their owner, Kristen and another talented artist, Justina! From start to finish, Hello Beautiful was everything I hoped for and more. They are extremely reasonable with hair and makeup for everyone- Bride, bridal party, flower girls, and moms! Kristen answered every email right away and reassured me that there was no worry when my mom decided to get both hair and makeup done just 2 days before the wedding! Kristen and Justina did a fantastic job on everyone's hair and makeup! It was flawless, elegant, and long-lasting! We received compliments on their work the whole day & night.

Their services were not only reasonably priced, but Kristen and her team also arrived bright and early at the bridal suite, ready to transform my bridal party, including the little ones and the moms. Working with precision and efficiency, they flawlessly completed hair and makeup for all nine ladies with time to spare. Most importantly, they ensured that everyone was completely satisfied with their look before wrapping up. The makeup remained flawless and fresh all day, while the hairstyles held up perfectly, even against the chilly north wind during our walk to the venue and a night full of dancing. Kristen and her team truly made the day seamless and unforgettable!

despite not seeing exactly what I wanted on their social media. I had to travel an hour and a half to do the trial at their studio in Hammonton, NJ. I had Becca for my hair/makeup trial. I really did love the hair and thought it was spot on. But I was not 100% happy with the makeup trial despite making multiple changes. I was concerned because I cry easily and the eye makeup was already smudging after only 5 hours of wear on the trial day. Despite my concerns, I still chose to book them for my wedding because I figured that it could be corrected. I had Becca again for my wedding day and I’m extremely pleased with the results! She listened to my concerns such as the eye makeup smudging, didn’t like the shade of lipstick, I wanted more dramatic eyeliner, etc. I even brought my own waterproof mascara. Becca went all out for my makeup and I think it turned out beautifully. She really made my Southeast Asian features pop with the eye makeup and lashes, also the base was perfect and a good shade match. Most importantly, the makeup stayed intact throughout the entire evening. I was so surprised and pleased when I went back to the hotel at the end of the night and saw that my makeup still looked freshly applied. I think that the team did all of the hair perfectly from my bridal hair to various updos and half updos.

ensuring we were all finished well before our noon cut-off. With 10 girls getting services done, they really made it a smooth and enjoyable experience without having to start at the crack of dawn. Not to mention, their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the incredible work they do! Everyone loved how natural the makeup felt and the updos were all slightly different but looked amazing! The team was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the whole process feel relaxed and fun. I have already recommended them to anyone who I know is getting married! Thank you for helping us look our best on such a special day!

fore the photographers arrived which was so awesome! I've never had "down time" during a wedding, let alone during my own wedding! Kristen exceeded my hair and makeup expectations and were exactly what we had discussed during my trial. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING them for your wedding!

In their defense I was told to come without make up. Not the look I was expecting at all. They were very nice but if it was a good business they would have offered some of that money back!

e for my hair trial back in August and showed them a couple pictures of what I was thinking and it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I didn't think it could look better but on the wedding day it did. My 7 bridemaids, both moms and grandma looked amazing, their hair and makeup was perfect and it lasted all day. My bridesmaids were styled by Rebekah and Becca and they also looked fantastic and they were beyond pleased with their work. Both ladies were so sweet, energetic, warm, positive personality to boot, the exact kind of people you want to spend time with on a very busy day!!

Kristen helped coordinate everything and she was also just as amazing - responsive & attentive! They had a group of ladies that were all pretty insecure about hair and makeup, but they made us all look and feel the most beautiful we ever had. I have ALOT, I mean ALOT of long and thick hair and it did not BUDGE all day. We also had to shove my veil in and out of the back low bun multiple times throughout the day and it still didn’t budge all day. Additionally, the make up- I was super insecure about the acne on my face - I worked so so hard to clear it up before the wedding, but the day of didn’t have to worry at all. Seamlessly covered - insecurities GONE. For the first time, I felt totally and 100% confident. RUN, don't walk to book them!!

keup trial and she immediately put me at ease. I wasn’t 100% sure of what I was looking for, and I was also a bit nervous about my hair staying in tact, given my wedding was on the beach. Kristen asked all the right questions to give me the perfect look and made it last all the way through the after-party! It was great having one less thing to stress about on my wedding day – Kristen gave me the perfect look that I didn’t even know I wanted. I can’t thank her enough for helping to make my day as perfect as it was!

and she was always friendly and responsive. We set up the trial on the day of my bridal shower and I was blown away by how gorgeous my makeup and hair came out. My guests at the bridal shower complimented my hair and makeup many times throughout the day and it lasted all the way into the night! On the day of the wedding, Kristin came with three other lovely ladies who got right to work on me and my bridesmaids. Each one of the girls had unique needs and requests and I was blown away by how wonderfully each look was executed. Everyone looked amazing and was finished right on schedule for the day. The looks lasted all throughout the night and this was especially amazing because I ended up taking lots of late-night photos with the photographer! Thank you again for everything Kristin, you and your team are all stars!
