the speed they worked at I felt as though the quality of the looks suffered. My wedding was large enough that we had two make up artists, and two hairstylists. The makeup artists had makeup that stayed all night, and complimented everyone’s features. However, for the two mothers of the group the application was really thick and heavy, and looked a bit cheap due to that. My bridal makeup was great looking, but did have some minor issues with bunching under the eyes. The eyeshadow look only lasted a few hours before creasing and essentially disappearing. I think the makeup team is pretty solid all around, but it’s just worth flagging that most of your party may not get very custom looks, and that no touch up kits are provided. You’ll have to assume there will be some fading/creasing and provide your own to touch up.  As for hair, this was actually one of the more disappointing parts of my wedding day. First, with the pros. The team did everyone’s hair so fast, we got ahead of schedule. They did hair that almost everyone ended up liking, but in a few cases (like the mother of the groom) they should have made adjustments to the style given the hair length, or recommended extensions or additional product. As the bride, I was very disappointed with my hair curl longevity. I paid for two separate trial sessions with their team (which, mind you, is very expensive), and during neither session did I leave with the hair I wanted. I have long blonde hair down to mid back, and just wanted a half up with curls. The half up portion was perfect every time, with artful twists and a touch of volume. However, my hair stylist could not make a curl that stayed. My hair typically holds curl very well, so I was surprised that she couldn’t get it to stay. Given this was the third time doing my hair, I found it odd that she didn’t recommend hot curlers, pin curls, or even just holding the curl in place after removing from iron to let it curl in shape. Instead, after every curl she tugged it loose and pulled down, softening the curl (exactly what I DIDNT want). My hair stayed put the entire night in the half up, but the curls had almost entirely fallen out within 3 hours. They didn’t even make it through pictures. The product used also tangled my hair terribly, so I had a rats nest in the back of my hair. I ended up having to derangement the clump and then redo my entire head of curls mid-pictures. The curls I did after (with no hairspray, mind you), stayed the entire night simply because I let them cool as a curl. Lastly, they offer a gender-neutral polishing service. I have a few queer friends who opted into this service as well as my groom. We were not impressed. They spent maybe 5 mins on makeup and 5 mins on hair, completely not worth the price. Additionally, they do no skin prep as advertised. Overall, this is a solid company that is reliable for brides who just need anything done. The products are high quality and they will make you look nice. However, for the price that they charge for the styles is not worth it, in my opinion. Most of my party had issues with longevity, and as a bride who had two trials done I still couldnt get curls from their team that would stick. Unless money is no issue, you can probably find a company more likely to personalize the experience for you.
