Leading up to the process Erika was so mindful of capturing and learning how I wanted to feel that day and what my vision was. She was also helpful with how I could prep my skin and hair leading up to the day - Hello Flawless is extremely thorough. Working with Erika was like working with a good friend - she is kind, intelligent, funny, warm, and passionate about what she does. I additionally had the privilege of having Melanie and Carmen do hair and makeup for my bridal party - everyone looked phenomenal. I believe Melanie leads the Houston location and I would not hesitate to recommend her if you live in that area. I had a very large party and not everyone was getting both hair and makeup, but some were - Hello Flawless was extremely organized and everybody got the correct services in a, well, flawless fashion. They made everything so easy. I additionally splurged for the concierge experience and I 100/10 recommend that. There was a moment where Erika and Melanie were doing touch ups and I just started crying - they made me feel so cared for. Weddings are overwhelming and there are a lot of investments being made - I would book Hello Flawless - and all the services we did - over and over again.

as warm and approachable every time we met! As someone who is particularly squeamish about people near my eyes, I can honestly add that she is very gentle, always checking in to make sure we're not in any discomfort. One of my bridesmaids has little to zero experience with make-up, much less having someone put make-up on her, but she felt comfortable and at ease during the entire process.
As for the end of the day, my make-up and hair stayed up all the night long! One of my bridesmaids even called her make-up "industrial" -- that was how hard-working it was, haha! All this while still looking very sleek and (since this was the style I chose) very natural. :) In addition, one of my bridesmaids was African American with natural hair, and Erika and her assistant didn't shy away at all from providing the right foundation match and hair styling. I honestly can't recommend Erika enough. Thank you so much for making all of us feel beautiful on such an important (and stressful, haha) day! :)
