Our family unfortunately had a poor experience with this coordinator. We did most of our planning, gave her the instructions, and she did not execute. She was frequently MIA, only ...
for us to later find out she was taking smoke breaks. We were disappointed after seeing such positive reviews to have this be the result & to have paid what they did for what was actually done.
Didn’t see much coordination from this wedding coordinator at my friends’ wedding recently and heard she was hard to find most of the day of wedding.
Witnessed the work of this planner at a wedding and was not impressed at all. Did not coordinate much and the couple had difficulty locating her most of the time.
I don’t even have words to express how incredible Kelly was as a wedding planner. Not just thorough, thoughtful, organized, and meticulous (she’s all that and more), but she took t...
ime and put in effort to get to know us as a couple and what we wanted for our wedding weekend, even when we couldn’t articulate it. She didn’t just have great ideas–she had solutions for how to execute them. Her energy, passion for her job, authentic connection to her clients, and endless connections to terrific vendors are unmatched and turned our wedding experience into something even greater than we expected. If you’re planning a wedding, you’d be crazy to not go with Kelly and Hello Lovely Weddings.

ngagement season, I was not once stressed even being the most indecisive person on the planet. They made it so fun and provided as many options as we needed to make our decisions. On the wedding day, everything went perfectly. There was not one thing that I was aware of that went wrong. The only time the entire wedding day that I cried was when I walked through the venue after it was set up before the ceremony. I because they completely brought my vision to life. I could not recommend Hello Lovely enough!
I hope that everyone is lucky enough to work with Kelly and the Hello Lovely team. From Day 1, she understood who were as a couple and helped us to craft a day that was a reflectio...
n of who we are – even when we didn’t know what to ask for. Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and was so well organized and executed that we got compliments from our guests on how great Kelly was. Kelly also was able to connect us with an A+ team of vendors from catering to photography to our officiant and we loved every single person we worked with. Thanks to working with Kelly, our wedding became far more than we ever could have imagined. If you’re thinking about working with Hello Lovely, do it!
Kelly went above and beyond to make my wedding vision come to life. Kelly and her team are amazing. Throughout the wedding process if I had any questions she was always one step ah...
ead and already had the answer. Everything was planned perfectly. On wedding day Kelly had the timeline of events down and ensured the wedding party, guests, and transportation knew where to go and at what time. Throughout the wedding she ensured myself and the groom were always taken care of – she brought us plates of food to make sure we ate, drinks if our hands were empty, and always made sure the guests were having a great time as well. From florals, to vendors, timelines, execution, stationary, entertainment, photography, transportation – you name it – Kelly handled it all! She’s super responsive and we always knocked out so much planning within our meetings. I can’t emphasize enough how great she was and the entire team at Hello Lovely!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly! She was the perfect person to plan our wedding. From our first meeting, she made us feel totally at ease and understood the vision...
that I had for our wedding. She was so kind and genuine and truly cared about making our day perfect. She was constantly in contact with the vendors, ensuring every detail was perfect for our day. Our day was more beautiful that I could have imagined, and Kelly kept the night running so smoothly. I don’t know what I would have done without her! 5 stars for Kelly, you won’t regret it!
"Knowing that a majority of our planning would need to be done remotely, I wanted to make sure we had a top notch, full service wedding planner, and that is what we found with Kell...
y Earley. From the first time I spoke with Kelly over the phone, I knew that she was going to be a great addition to our planning process. The very first thing she did was ask what my opinions were and then provided TONS of recommendations to help make those dreams come true. Kelly was there from helping arrange venue visits, attending tastings, to setting up the reception venue. She helped me have a stress free and wonderful wedding day!
We never could have pulled off our daughter's wedding as flawlessly as Kelly Earley, the owner of Hello Lovely did. From picking a date, a venue, the caterer, the lighting, the dec...
or, the flowers, the band, contingency plans for rain or cold, everything was covered. We had 170 guests, 80% from out of town on one of the busiest weekends of the year in St. Augustine, and they were unanimous in their praise. Virtually everyone said it was the most fun, least stressful wedding they had ever attended.
We live in NY but got married in St. Augustine and I was very nervous about how things would turn out. 200 people! Yikes! It turned out to be the most incredible weekend I could ev...

When it came to the day of, I didn’t have to think about anything. Kelly took care of it all. She is a total doll and a force to be reckoned with. We love ya, Kelly!
