ng was set up and provided on time. All my guests had an amazing time with the Photo Booth. We were able to pick our background and customize our photos. It’s nice to look back at all the photos and see the fun everyone had throughout the night. Highly recommend booking.
I contacted Hello Photobooth LA mid-January for a photobooth for my wedding in late April, and I signed the contract in late January. As I did not hear from them subsequently, I at...
tempted to get in contact with them via email (2x), text (3x), and phone call (3x with only one voicemail, as their voice mailbox was full the first two times), and my wedding planner reached out as well without success. Given the lack of contact by early April (less than a month from my wedding), I assumed this was a scam and asked my wedding planner to cancel the contract with them. Consequently, they reached back out mid-April and said they would not give back the deposit because I was the one cancelling the contract. While there may be extenuating circumstances that the owner did not explain, the simple matter of the fact is I gave them a deposit then was unable to reach them about additional details despite multiple attempts, which sure seems fraudulent. Do not recommend going with this company.

s. Our guest raved about how much fun they had using these booths and it was so fun to see them send us the photos and videos the days following the wedding.
