Hello Trolley

We used Hello Trolley as wedding party transportation from our hotel, to pictures at a park, to the venue. The trolley was cute and well-maintained. All personnel were easy to work with. The music system was much appreciated, also!

We used Hello Trolley for our wedding to take the bridal party from the church to the reception. The price we paid for a 10 minute ride was absolutely ridiculous, but that's Nashville for ya! Sara and Chad absolutely DO NOT answer their phone, which is very unprofessional. They got back to us via email very fast, but they need to answer their phone and return calls if they're going to post it on their website. The driver was on time and drove us safely to our reception, however!

So the trolley service was awesome! They were on time, and very flexible. We set up a pick up for the groom and groomsmen from our home to our wedding venue, and they had a great time, and the pictures in the trolley were amazing! Due to time constraints after our wedding ceremony we were unable to go to our destinations, but once I got inside the trolley and saw how beautiful the stained would and brass decor was, and saw the pictures afterwards, I was satisfied. The pictures taken with the trolley out on the streets of Nashville more than made up for the other destinations we had in mind that were didn't make it to. It was such a beautiful work of art, so please book this trolley even if you don't go anywhere, it is gorgeous, and makes for the best, most fun, and memorable pictures ever!
