My main focus was finding someone who could make a statement piece for a specific spot within my venue while also sticking to my very limited budget. As soon as I met with Britni for an initial consult, she understood what I was looking for vision-wise while keeping my budget in mind. When we met for a second meeting, and Britni went through some designs at different price ranges, I knew Hello Wildflower was the right florist. Britni not only understood my vision from my poor description and a couple of photos, but she executed it perfectly while also working with me on the concerns I had about steering away from high-allergen flowers and greenery.

Britni and her team are some of the most professional and kind florists in the Twin Cities. I chatted with many regarding my partner and I’s wedding and Hello Wildflower was a standout. They demonstrated deep knowledge of the industry, local flowers, and were transparent about what was possible for the season and my budget. They treated me as though my budget was the same as higher budget weddings, which is not something I experienced with other florists. Even though our budget was 25% of the average cost for what wedding florals in the twin cities are now, she encouraged me that they would get creative and make a beautiful vision come to life for our wedding. That recognition and kindness meant so much to me! I love Hello Wildflower and would recommend them for any couple.

I wish I could put into words how amazing this company was to work with. It was hands down the best vendor hire we could've made to ensure our fairytale came true. We personally utilized the coordination/design package as well as the florals from this company. Every single detail was perfect. We rented unique vintage lounges, his/hers head table chairs, candles, decor buffets, geo globes and dessert tiers which came together perfectly in our venue. Hello Wildflower designed, set up and took down all of these items without having to lift a finger. The florals were exceptional - I shared inspo pictures with britni and she created something even better than I could've envisioned (see photo). Our day of coordinator checked in with us throughout the reception and ensured all of our timeline needs and preferences were executed seamlessly. Hello Wildflower truly made the biggest impact on our day in the absolute best way.

Overwhelmed with the stress of planning our wedding, we hired Hello Wildflower for event planning/coordination and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Hello Wildflower made sure everything was perfect for our daughters wedding day. They do all the hard stuff so all you have to do is show up. Professional and friendly! Our venue decor was perfect! They set it all up and clean it all up at the end. The flowers and table decorations were stunning and the furniture arrangements were gorgeous! I'm so glad we used them for decor and planning. They are totally worth it, you won't be disappointed!

Today anyone can dream up their perfect wedding day. Most of them come out close to what a couple could imagine, but very few couples can say it was perfect. As a videographer I love pulling them into projects because their eye is so great and they create the most beautiful settings I have seen.   I’ve been in a bunch of weddings they have serviced too and I have loved the style for all of them. Hello Wildflower is one of the best in Minnesota when it comes to dressing your venue AND coordination! Britni and her team were always so friendly and helpful and made the process 100000x easier. Our guests and my husband and I were blown away when we walked into our reception. It was absolutely GORGEOUS! They have such an eye for greenary and it made our tables look breathtaking. We went the more simple route and they somehow made it look like we spent so much more! They have this amazing way of taking a dream from your head and making it a reality. We had Mikaela as our coordinator and she took care of the WHOLE day. I didn’t have to worry at all when she was there! I just hung out with my family and friends and got married. She was also the sweetest, patient and most kind. We loved the humor she had to make the day more fun:) I cannot recommend this company enough!:)

Our rentals from Hello Wildflower really added to the elegance and beauty of the day. The lounges were perfect for social distancing, photographs, or for grandparents to rest on during dancing. The other rentals really made the barn at Legacy Hill Farm charming and made great tables and shelves to hold our guest book, favors, gifts, and decor. It was also nice to have day of coordinating to take care of details such as when everyone should walk down the aisle.

As father of the bride, so many decisions come & go, but Hello Wildflower was one call that made the Day. Not only was the event decorated just right, combination of old & new - but the added benefit of having better seating/lighting available for our guests & my parents was a simple way to make them feel at home. The Wed planning team was second to none, freeing us to enjoy the event, without a single concern for what comes next or where we should be. Specifically the moments prior to walking my daughter down the aisle. The perfect someone was there to help us soak in the time & keep it light. I’ll never forget those last few moments with my daughter before we took our walk together. Thank you to the hello wildflower team that knows how to make the day just right and pays attention to the little things so we could just be and live the perfect day!

Britni and her team were hands down one of the best things we got for our wedding. From start to finishing Britni was just a text/call away and we had no issues reaching her. She was able to answer any question we had regarding our day. Just has equaling impressive was her team on the actual day. I can honesty say nothing went wrong at all. The day ran flawlessly and majority for this was due to Britni and her team. They did a great job at being there but not over crowding. Would highly recommend.

I recently attended a wedding that Hello Wildflower provided planning services for and I was completely impressed. The lounges and decor they supplied were essential to the overall vibe of the event. One of their pieces I loved the most was a couch combo made of wood and white cushions and it was right up next to some solo stove fireplaces. Definitely worth working with Hello Wildflower!

Hello Wildflower was an incredible vendor to work with! She was most accommodating with our schedule and desired fulfill our wishes. We met one- on- one with the owner, and she took time to show us all the beautiful furniture collections and other statement pieces that would best meet our needs. We were also shown decor options for the table and cozy vignettes. The quality of the pieces and the quantity of selections were exceptional! Once we made our decision, we were given ideas of where they would be most useful and enjoyed. Attention to detail and wanting to make sure we were fully satisfied was definitely a priority! Our guests especially enjoyed the comfort of the furniture collections and offered a plethora of compliments on the decor . It was truly a flawless experience that lightened the list of "to-dos"!

I had the opportunity to work with Hello Wildflower for my daughter's wedding. It was the absolute best decision we made. I had complete peace on the day of her wedding, and leading up to it, knowing that Hello Wildflower was handling the Day of Coordinating, all Decor Rentals and All Furniture rentals and all design. Hello Wildflower moved in and set up and at the end of the night all tear down was handled. Thank you Hello Wildflower for making her day beautiful!

I was in a wedding at Legacy Hill Farm where Hello Wildflower did the rentals and design. It was gorgeous! The reception space was designed SO WELL with cozy seating areas with lounges, chairs, coffee tables, rugs, pillows, and lamps. This made the pavilion space feel super unique and fun. There were twinkle lights everywhere, and the table decor was beautiful. I highly recommend Hello Wildflower!

My sister was recently married and used hello wildflower for some furniture. It was beautiful and created such a cozy and intimate setting for guests of all ages! Great grandmas to toddlers all enjoyed relaxing on couches and comfortable chairs while watching the dance floor and catching up with close family and friends. She also used some of the pieces for photos and they were phenomenal props to create personalized and unique looks.

Hello Wildflower helped me decorate for my wedding in September and I honestly could not have pictured anything more beautiful! I got married at Legacy Hill Farm and the owner Britni went above and beyond to make the pavilion (where the reception was) absolutely magical. She has so many unique pieces of furniture and we interspersed them throughout the building making it feel so homey and relaxing for guests. When I look back at my wedding day, I picture walking into the pavilion after just getting married and being in the most picturesque place with my brand new husband. And it looked the way it did because of Hello Wildflower! Couldn't recommend her more :)
