My husband picked out a tungsten band and we shopped around and ended up at Helzberg. He tried on several and decided on one that was wider. The employees were ever so helpful and ...the band was in in a few weeks. Fast forward to now, unfortunately this location is now closed, but we headed to Gurnee, IL to get it resized (a 3 hour trip for us, but closest location). GET THE PROTECTION PLAN! He can get his ring recast (since it's tungsten, it can't be "resized") as many times as he needs it for the next ten years! It was only $60 more to add this on and WELL worth it! The Gurnee employees were extremely accommodating and were willing to ship the ring to us once it comes in! Great store!
