We worked with Jerri and Quentin to pick out my rings. I knew what I wanted from Pinterest and Quentin did an amazing job of making it happen with a custom online order and moissanite stones. He was personable and wanted my happiness in the end. We look forward to seeing them for cleanings because the warranty is so reassuring.

It is not giving me an option to post for the Lincoln Helzberg store, so I'll do it here. We happened to walk in the store a day they were having a Dana Agustín show. we were able to speak directly to the jeweler about the type of ring we wanted. The wait was well worth it though. The rings did take four months to finish but the Helzberg Jeweler said he did not want to touch then because they were designer ring. We were able to pick out the stones the type of metal we wanted we even took diamonds from rings we had and had them put in. We were able to watch the Jeweler actually assemble our rings, not many people can actually say that. The staff have been so great, all the jewelery for the wedding came from the same store.

I purchased my wife's wedding ring and both bands from this location. We have had nothing but issues with this company since we purchased the three rings from this store. We've had the rings in their possession getting worked on, more than she's even had it on her finger...and I purchased the ring a couple years ago. 3 of the 5 times we've gotten the rings back from their Jeweler, we've had missing diamonds on the bands. Knowing this history, the 5th time we submitted the rings to the jeweler for a replacement of the other wedding band (since they shattered the wrong band on the wedding ring), we told them to double check that all the diamonds were intact. Needless to say, it was missing two diamonds upon arrival, so we are without her ring yet again for another 3 weeks. Helberg has done absolutely NOTHING to justify there constant mistakes. I'f you want a hassle free Wedding, without ring issues, than purchase your rings from another company. This is by far the biggest mistake we've made out of the entire wedding process.

My husband purchased my ring at Helzburgs at Oakview in Omaha and the ring is beautiful! His initial experience was excellent, but in the subsequent visits to find mine and his wedding band, we were given the run around and were not called back on a few different occasions. But overall everything was satisfactory.

Helzberg Diamonds was very helpful when the time came for my husband and I to buy our wedding rings. My husband's ring became too big due to weight loss, and they took care of it with ease. Both Westroads and Oakview Mall locations were extremely helpful and very friendly!

My now husband got my engagement ring and band here and I still get compliments! It is beautiful! Even though we had some trouble with figuring out sizing (one branch would tell us it was not possible and the other branch would tell us it was-my finger is tiny), they were very accommodating. Our diamond specialist, Laura, was great to work with!

Both my husband and I got our wedding rings (and my engagement ring) from Helzberg Diamonds at Westroads Mall in Omaha. Great ring variety and selection, great prices, good service. Very happy with our wedding jewelry!

Unfortunately shortly after our engagement one of my diamonds fell out. As upset as I was, Helzberg took care of us and had it replaced in no time at all.

Ring and band were great, however, went to order another band that was a complete nightmare. We were told to wait for one month, we called on the one month mark and it was sold, so then they had to have it specially made. They have no way to know if it doesn't show up until you call in. BAD SYSTEM. But I still would go to no other jeweler!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring at Helzberg and have since done any and all jewelry purchasing through them. Their service is always fantastic and they are nothing but friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure to spend more or pick a pricier item. We will continue to bring our business to them.

My ring is really unique and I was so happy with what my husband chose. I get compliments all the time on it and he picked it out all on his own and probably help from Helzberg staff. I always find myself staring at it. When we picked out my husbands ring from there it was a very easy process and I really am not a fan of men wearing jewelry but his ring is really nice.

My husband did not want a very expensive ring because he was scared that he will lose it (he has never worn any jewelry before). Therefore, we decided to use Helzbergs to get him a cheap $99 band. WHAT A MISTAKE! First they measured his finger wrong and ordered the wrong size ring, we brought it back and they remeasured him discovering he was 2 sizes smaller than they had originally thought. So they ordered another ring, which came in and was the wrong size AGAIN! At this point we were 2 weeks out from the wedding and starting to panic. When they go to see if they can express ship a new ring, they find out that the ring we wanted had been discontinued! They found us a replacement, but not until after the wedding. Long story short, my husband had to wear a "fake" ring for our wedding that was 2 sizes too big because of all of their errors. Save yourself the headache. Spend a little extra money to get decent service.

Helzberg Diamonds has been fabulous to work with. My husband and I were able to find a reasonably priced ring for me that still fit our "bling" requirement :-) They have always been very professional.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. At the time, they offered no interest for 18 months which is very very helpful. The rings all look beautiful and they give a lifetime warranty as well.
