Hemibry recently catered our wedding at the Ospreys at Belmont Bay and they did an absolutely fantastic job. From the beginning, they were warm, friendly and happy to make our day ...
exactly what we wanted it to be. We really cared about our food and wanted all of our guests to rave about it - Hemibry gave us this. Guests have not stopped talking about how delicious the food was! They were all very professional and answered promptly every time we had a question. We also did a full bar through them and it was a fantastic decision to do so. Their bartender was excellent and the drinks were so good! Without Hemibry we wouldn’t have had such a perfect day. We highly recommend using them to cater your wedding or anything else!
Hernan and his team knocked it out of the park for our wedding, and was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process. Hernan helped us tailor the “Parrilla Latina” men...
u to ensure we had the right mix for our group, and provided all the equipment (and staff!) needed to deliver a special meal for our guests. The food was phenomenal—we received multiple compliments from our friends and family (many of whom were spotted going for seconds…and thirds 😊). His staff on site was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Working with Hemibry Catering was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and truly helped make our special day special. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Hemibry for catering for our wedding in October 2023. From the beginning, Hernan and everyone else we worked with made the e...
xperience easy, and both the food and service they provided was exceptional.
Hemibry played a major role in creating a great wedding day. Many wedding attendees expressed it was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and we appreciated their menu customizability and additional offerings, including a late night snack our guests appreciated. The bartending staff was also professional and efficient.
I especially appreciated the way Hemibry looked out for us, including making sure we ate and setting aside drinks and appetizers specifically for the wedding party. Their strong service ensured we could focus on the wedding day itself instead of little details.
I'd strongly recommend Hemibry for anyone planning a wedding in northern Virginia.
Hemibry catering + Shawn's Smokehouse BBQ were extremely accommodating for our COVID-era wedding, and we couldn't recommend them enough. We had initially signed a contract with Sha...
wn's Smokehouse BBQ multiple months before COVID was even on the horizon, and as we continued through the planning process they were very understanding of the situation. A few months before our wedding, Hemibry's took over some aspects of the catering part as Shawn's was phasing out of the wedding industry. Stephanie was wonderful and made sure the transition and new contracts were seamless! We've been working our way through eating some of the leftovers (that we froze), and many of the guests had only good things to say about the food. Enormous thanks to Stephanie and team!
