t happen! From gorgeous farmhouse tables, shabby chic chairs, and wine barrel tables! Then I later added mismatched China plates, goblets and the list goes on. I’ve got Instagram worthy pics for days! But Heather really won me over with her amazing customer service. She was easy to communicate with. Very understanding and patient. I was the type of bride making all these last minute additions and she was so patient. She was wonderful to work with! I was not there during the delivery of my items, (I was comfortably getting ready at a beach house) but on arrival to the ceremony I was blown away!!!!! Everything was so beautiful! I could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Heather for helping give me my dream wedding!

I do not recommend. I booked with them for my wedding and thought their stuff was BEAUTIFUL. then, covid LEGALLY prevented us from having our wedding and the woman refused to work with us on refunding our money. Yes we signed a non refundable ...

contract, but isn’t that for to protect businesses for when parties CHOOSE to back out of a wedding? Even though we explained our situation to her that it’s definitely NOT by choice, she basically told us too bad. Would never recommend. Beautiful seeming pictures aren’t worth the risk. I get business owning, and I know what contracts are for, and I felt disheartened that during this fragile time for a bride she pulled the “you signed a contract card” knowing it was not by choice. Completely heartbroken

Carley signed a rental agreement on December 2019 and paid her non-refundable retainer on January 2020 to reserve the most requested day of 2020-October 10th. She contacted me on June 26, 2020, to cancel her order and demanded her deposit back ...

in the days to follow. As per the contract, the retainer is 100% non-refundable. To be clear, the money in question is ONLY for the non-refundable retainer and not the remaining balance (50% of order), which she HAS NOT paid and will not be expected to pay. Despite the fact that the retainer is 100% non-refundable, we have gone above and beyond our agreement to offer her up to a 90% refund upon booking a comparable event for 10/10/2020. Carley is unable to move to another date as we also offered to transfer her deposit to a new date up to 12 months past her original date. Given that we are going to promote this date on social media, we fully expect to receive another booking and for Carley to receive a portion, if not all 90% of her retainer back. We know that COVID couples are facing unique challenges during these unprecedented times, and we are working to accommodate them while surviving the crisis ourselves in order to continue bringing beautiful weddings to the Emerald Coast.
