themselves - Brett, Brandi, and Brian truly helped make our day perfect from start to finish. From our first visit, Henderson Acres was unlike any other venue we visited - allowing us to look around on our own and ask questions with clear pricing and no sales pitch. We were able to book a multi-day stay in the house allowing for the calmest wedding morning we could have imagined. From booking to our wedding day the team was so supportive, even buying high chairs to add to their already extensive equipment package (highly recommend) to accomodate the babies on the guest list. inside and out was perfection. So many beautiful photo options. The owner, Brett, was very responsive. He quickly answered every question that was sent his way. The only thing I’d suggest is looking into transportation options. There wasn’t staff on hand at the rehearsal and being from flat Florida, quite a few of us got stuck in the gravel at the top of the mountain. Thankfully, our wedding planner was quick to jump in vehicles and help people get out. We also had Ubers cancel on our guests on the way back or would only meet them at the bottom of the mountain. Henderson Acres has a shuttle to the bottom, so guests were able to get down, but had to wait in the open lot at night for their ride. I’d recommend getting a transportation service. Overall, I’d choose this venue 1,000 times over. I can’t imagine a location/ venue more beautiful than Henderson Acres. We are so happy with our choice.

what Henderson Acres delivered. It truly exceeded every expectation - she got her dream. After an unfortunate issue with our original venue, Brett, the owner, took the time to personally walk me through everything Henderson Acres could offer to bring my daughter and future son-in-law’s vision to life. Even while working out of the country, he responded promptly to every text -sometimes just to help troubleshoot the smallest details such as, "What are the dimensions between those two poles?" Any request we had was handled quickly and thoughtfully. Never did we feel we were a bother. The fact that Henderson Acres is family-owned added such a special, personal touch to the entire experience. Henderson Acres' wedding day team, Brian, Daniel, and Chip, went above and beyond. They managed deliveries and helped with every detail -from décor and rentals to even finding insect repellent just in case an uninvited bee showed up. The flexibility was unmatched. Brett allowed us time to decorate early and tear down on our own timeline, which made the entire experience so much less stressful. Our officiant needed a podium? They overnighted one. We needed a microphone? It was there the next day. Wanted to add a bar? Done. Who needs rentals when anything and everything you need is right here on site. And the home itself - what a convenient bonus. Each room was beautifully decorated and allowed guests to have their space while also providing wedding/event areas for the bride and groom. A perfect event home! Knowing we had the option for family members to stay overnight made the entire celebration feel even more special, relaxed, and intimate. Every guest and vendor was in awe of the spectacular panoramic mountain views and the beauty of Henderson Acres. We were often asked, "Where did you find such a place?!" This wedding is a memory that will forever be imprinted on our hearts. If you are looking for a wedding venue with top-notch personal communication, breathtaking mountain views, and a charming overnight home option - Henderson Acres is it. Thank you, Brett. picture perfect. The decor and stone within the house is such an elevated look we were in awe of. They are constantly adding things to the space and not to add things you need to pay for but to offer plenty of things for you to enjoy to use during your day. For instance there was several items of decor we used from them that we decided day of to use and the flexibility of that is incredible. They have a reasonably priced furniture package that their venue staff helps set up on wedding day and they have a retractable tent in case of inclement weather. Next the staff is absolutely incredible. Seriously beyond kind, helpful, responsive, and authentically caring. Planning the wedding was a dream with them, and the staff the day of was beyond kind and helpful ensuring the day ran smoothly. An example, we had one guest who was in a wheelchair and had to have an uber come to the venue for pick up/drop off - the staff without being asked drove to the bottom of the driveway waited for the uber and personally escorted them to the top. That kind of hospitality was noticed by our guests who raved about their kindness. I could write about so many more amazing things this venue has to offer. We received countless (truly countless) compliments on this venue and the venue staff - from the beauty of the space to the kindness and authentic care everyone felt. Our photographer captured the day perfectly with such beauty and somehow you’re still amazed seeing the space in person. I think there is something special about a family owned business and this venue is a prime example of it! Without a doubt the best decision we made in our wedding planning was booking Henderson Acres after so much searching - couldn’t recommend more!!!!
