Hennepin Theatre Trust Event Center

The Hennepin Theatre Trust Event Center is non-profit which means proceeds from weddings support internal programs such as Spotlight which brings music and theater to over 7000 high school students in Minnesota. With our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we invite all couples to experience our wedding package which includes event spaces for your ceremony, a cocktail reception, a seated dinner and dancing for up to 225 guests. Also included in the $5000 wedding package (normally $9000) are private rooms to get ready in, state of the art AV equipment, tables, chairs, Wifi and linens at no extra charge. You can have your choice of our 4 preferred caterers which include Chowgirls, Crave, The Food Gallery and Surdyk's. We handle our own bars and can offer valet services if requested. Parking is easy in ramps directly behind and in front of our event center. With six newly restored indoor and outdoor spaces, this unique, brick and mortar, nearly 100 year old building will charm you and your guests with its history and unique ambiance all while supporting the arts!
