Awful experience. Booked a white stretch limo for TEN HOURS for my wedding and I never got to ride in what I paid for. The night was filled with excuses, bad communication and bad ...
service. The driver was not around for ten hours and switched vehicles several times without communicating. All of our wedding guests were completely disappointed and it made our wedding logistics terrible the day of. I would never recommend using this company to anyone for an event. As the bride, I had to hitch a ride with someone else just to get to the venue and then was stunned that a weird party bus was waiting for us at the end of the night when that's not what we ordered at all.

I hired this company for my wedding, to transport the wedding party to a park for pictures during cocktail hour. They never showed up. My wedding plann...
er had to call 3 times. First, they lied and said they were on the way. Then they lied and said they were stuck in traffic. Finally, they admitted that the service had been canceled, even though they had given me NO notice of any cancellation. In the following weeks, it took 4 phones calls before I ever spoke to anyone in administration. Eventually, they admitted that it was their mistake that they never showed up and they fully refunded my money.
However, the damage was done. They caused unnecessary stress on my wedding day and the following weeks. Plus, they ruined my wedding pictures. I would never again take a chance with a company like this.

d to research options and helped offer suggestions! Our driver was on time and flexible with some of the delays in the evening. He was also extremely fun too, which made our bridal party ride to the reception even better! Our trips ran a little late, but he made sure to get everyone home!

ith soda and water (and champagne upon request), they were on time for every pickup (picking the bridal party up at the hotel, picking the family up at the parent's house, picking the bride and groom up to take them to the hotel, as well as swinging back to pick up the bridal party and all the gifts to take them to the hotel AND THEN swinging back one more time to take family members back to my parents house). They also were on time for a ridiculously early drive to the airport the next morning (5:45 a.m.) and sent email notifications each time a driver was on his way AND when he arrived at the pickup location. They're organized, their pricing is the best in Atlanta and we had no problems. What more can you ask from a limo service!?
