andard catering company. Henri Hotts not only blew the wedding caterers out of the water, but Ruthi also made a rib convert out of my husband. The food wasnt only delicious, but Ruthi worked with us to customize our menu selections to fit our vibe and tastes and to make sure there was enough food within our budget. If you want excellent barbecue and you also want to be able to keep your shirt I highly recommend Henri Hotts

zing. Our guests raved about how good the "real" food was at our wedding, opting for things like smoked brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Henri's not only provided the food, but also did all the serving and were all stars. Ruthie is a delight to work with and was there to personally make sure everything was perfect. They also offered us a generous military discount, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

the spot! Every employee that worked there was so friendly. I felt like I knew them for years!Ruthie (one of the owner's)was a dream to work with and helping us make a menu for our reception. From the smoked ribs and bbq chicken to all of the homemade sides...mac and cheese, cornbread pudding, baked beans, salads and peach cobbler...Everything was so good that everyone was going up for 3rds and we had barely anything left over! Everyone raved how good the food was. We highly recommend and will be going to eat at there resturaunt frequently!
