I took several pieces of broken jewelry in (that has just been sitting in a box at home) to get a quote to fix. They quoted me a better price than the last place I got a quote for....
I had a silver chain that was broken and the soldered it seamlessly. I also had a mabe pearl necklace that needed soldered and every jeweler has been scared to touch because of the delicacy of engraving around it. Henry Ball Jewelers knew exactly what needed to be done in order to fix it properly. They are so nice and welcoming here, customer service is on point! I even walked out with a cute bangle that was on sale. They gained a customer for life. I will never take my jewelry anywhere else. Thank you!
