I loved planning my own wedding. But when I look back on it, there’s one thing I’d change: I wish I’d hired a coordinator for the day. Instead of being fully present, I was keeping track of details that someone else could have handled. That’s why I started HER Wedding Co., so you get to be present for every moment of yours.
I know life is full. I’m a wife and a mom, and I get what it’s like to plan something big on top of everything else. HER Wedding Co. is for busy couples who want to enjoy their wedding without it taking over their lives. You stay part of every decision that matters, and I handle the follow-ups, the vendor emails and all the details in between. You say “I do.” I’ll do the rest.
I want working with me to feel like having a close friend who also happens to be really organized. My goal is a wedding day that feels stress-free from start to finish.
How I can help
Full Planning 10 to 18 months out. This will include vendor recommendations and booking, design and decor, budget tracking, venue tours, and meetings as often as you need them, with more as the big day gets closer.
Partial Planning 6 to 12 months out. Already booked a few vendors? I’ll book the rest, take over all vendor communication, and handle design and budget tracking.
Day of Coordination starts 60 days out. ’ll run your rehearsal, set up and tear down decor, and stay as long as you need me, with an assistant if your day calls for one.
Micro Weddings & Elopements. Coordination for intimate celebrations under 75 guests, because small weddings deserve the same care.
Every Wisconsin season is wedding season
I truly believe there’s no wrong time of year to get married here. Spring blooms, summer sunsets on the lake, golden fall colors, and snowy winter magic are all beautiful in their own way. I plan weddings in Milwaukee, Madison and Lake Geneva, and I’d love to travel for yours too.
