Herb & Alchemy Mobile Bar

I had never used a service like this before but I can say I’ll never use anyone else but them for any events we do from here on. From the first call to the tasting these folks were above and beyond. They had answers to questions I didn’t even know I had. The service at the event was beyond awesome and the cocktails are still topics of conversation in our family. My only advice, hire them for your date before someone else does.

Herb & Alchemy catered drinks (including themed cocktails and mocktails and a cute custom made menu), provided lawn games and furniture, but also truly made my event possible! The drinks were a hit! I loved the glassware and not-papery eco-friendly straws (agave fiber, if I recall correctly), and how they used Yuzu instead of lime/lemon in our mojitos at my request. Herb & Alchemy is wonderful to work with and so much fun. I knew that I wanted to have Herb & Alchemy at my welcome event/rehearsal dinner before my wedding, but I struggled to find a location that fit our needs. During consultation with Herb & Alchemy I spoke with Nicole. She went above and beyond to recommend some venues, one of which we used for this event. Also, Nicole was my personal hero when we couldn't contact our venue a few weeks before our event...it's a long story, but basically the venue underwent a change in management and for a while the new management had no way to contact the people who had booked events there. Nicole organized a chain of wedding and event vendors to get me in contact with the new management and totally saved the day! I seriously cannot say enough good things about her and Herb & Alchemy.

Great customer service, AMAZING drinks, and the best communication I have EVER with my vendors. I have booked with Herb & Alchemy for my wedding on 09/03/2021. When we first made our inquiry during the Snowpocolypse that hit Texas in February 2021, my husband was surprised on how quick Nicole responded. Until this day the other vendors that we had contacted for a mobile bar, have not yet responded. Nicole and her team are here to ensure that you have the best wedding! After I encountered some problems with my dates, I had contacted Nicole to make an adjustment. She always answered in less than 30 minutes to accommodate any changes that needed to be made. I recommend Herb and Alchemy for anyone seeking any bartending and craft cocktail service! EVERYONE loved our bar service and I will be booking them in the future for all my bartending needs.

Fabulous! We used Herb & Alchemy for our wedding 8.20.2021 and they did an amazing job! We used two of their signature cocktails (Bees Bliss and Spicy Margareta) and we received SO SO SO many compliments! We upgraded to the glass wear and it added so much extra character to the whole evening. We also added the lawn furniture set up, which was so cute and they worked it perfect for our space! Not to mention the bartenders were professional, quick and fabulous! I can't recommend them enough!

Nicole is amazing! Herb & Alchemy provided so much more than bar tending from the cute Josie cart! During planning/before our wedding, she was so helpful and quick to respond to my calls/emails/texts making recommendations, answering my last minute questions, calming my nerves, and just all around great to work with! She picked up our alcohol order for us and iced it down a few days before - I can’t not emphasize enough how much stress that relieved by having that taken off our plate! Her spicy margaritas and Tennessee mules were a hit! Herb & Alchemy provided all the drinks for our entire wedding, so we also included the hydration station and non-alcoholic drink package. Finally, our guests loved their lawn furniture and the lawn games were a hit!! We could not believe that all of our guests wanted to be outside at our July 5 wedding thanks to the outdoor furniture and games! All in all I would definitely recommend Herb & Alchemy and am already trying to figure out how to convince my employee to use them for a corporate happy hour!

They are amazing I love them so much and everything they did was absolutely perfect it was my favorite part about my wedding day i loved the drinks, the decor, and the service they provided all of my friends and family pointed it out how great they were and I really hope to have them in future events! You can’t go wrong with hiring them!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with hiring Herb & Alchemy for our rustic, outdoor wedding! The vintage trailer was the perfect accessory to the venue. Not only did they provide wine/beer/champagne service, but they also set up the best lawn furniture that was perfect for selfies! There were cornhole and jenga lawn games provided as well. Thank you so much Herb & Alchemy for tying our venue together perfectly!

When I met them they were so kind and fun to talk to! They offered me a mock tail (since I’m currently pregnant) I fell in love with them instantly! They made cocktail planning so easy and me and my fiancé (now husband) were blown away by how amazing Nicole and her crew are. We loved our customized drinks and monogrammed swizzles, made everything so much more personal! Everything looked so classy because of the glassware they offered. We added lawn games, hydration station, hot coco and coffee bar and it made it possible to accommodate all my guest! 💛

We were lucky to have had so many great vendors, but Herb and Alchemy was a crowd favorite and one of my personal favorites. Nicole went above and beyond for us and honestly had such a positive impact on our wedding day, I will be forever grateful for her. Not only was she extremely sweet and honest, the drinks were unique and absolutely delicious. She worked with me to create our signature drinks, a cherry limeade and a coconut margarita. The coconut margarita was unreal and it made me so happy to have a drink Nicole perfected just for me! We received SO many compliments on the drinks and our guests are still talking about them. If I could do it over again, I would hands down hire Herb and Alchemy.
