Hercules Entertainment

r desire to incorporate various music genres into our reception, including 90's hip-hop, salsa & merengue, and classic wedding music. We were concerned about the flow of the music, but Will created a seamless flow that kept our dancefloor full throughout the entire night. In fact, at one point, there was even a breakdancing competition among guests who wanted to show off their moves, all thanks to Will's great music selection. We had also had planned to hire Samba Dancers from an external company to perform during the reception. Will went above and beyond by personally reaching out to the Samba Dancers company, coordinating the music, and even providing party favors for our guests when the dancers performed. This attention to detail added an extra touch to our joyful occasion, and I am grateful to Will for ensuring that. Will's team was also incredible to work with. Emily, in particular, had a call with my husband and me to provide guidance on time management for our reception's run of show, including wedding party entrances and speeches. This was especially helpful to me as it was my first time organizing this type of event. Having someone with experience be honest and advise me on saving time here and there was invaluable. Will also served as our MC for the wedding. He skillfully guided our guests from the cocktail hour to the reception, introduced our wedding party and speeches, and even received compliments on his soothing voice from one of our guests. I highly recommend Hercules Entertainment. Will is kind, professional, always willing to assist his clients, and consistently goes above and beyond their expectations.

Where to even begin? DJ Will was extremely charismatic, organized, and kept the dance floor bumping all night long. Keeping my guests dancing was one of the most important things to me for my wedding. I came to Will with a very specific vision and detailed playlists, and he took what I had and made it better. I wanted a lot of EDM played at my wedding, so I gave Will an EDM playlist containing a lot of samples of older pop songs. Will found additional EDM samples that completely blended with what I gave him and kept me and my guests pleasantly surprised all night. He also perfectly transitioned between EDM and other genres so that nothing was abrupt or unnatural. I had at least 10 separate people come up to me and let me know that that was one of the best wedding playlists they'd ever heard. Will also literally saved my wedding day. I received an email from my photobooth vendor the MORNING of my wedding saying that they could no longer fulfill our contract. It was a long shot but I called Will 3hrs before he was scheduled to arrive at my venue and asked if by some miracle his team could be available to also provide photobooth services for my wedding. Will and his wife completely came through, creating a photo template within the hour and loading up all his photobooth equipment on the drive over. You will not regret hiring Hercules Entertainment for your wedding or event. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

of everything from salsa and reggaeton to hip hop and top 40 pop. I added on props for Hora Loca and a conga player, both were a hit with my guests! We had a great time and I am so happy we booked Hercules Entertainment!

selves!

are looking for a DJ for a quinceañera or wedding Hercules Entertainment is the way to go !

knew we had to book him. He has the best charisma, enthusiasm and vibe to match what we wanted for our wedding. Our main request was to keep the dancefloor packed and to speak to our guests in spanish and english and HE DELIVERED. Will kept our dancefloor PACKED the entire night. From the minute the first song played until the last song of the night. His tactic to keep our guests on the dancefloor was excellent. We even made a last minute decision to skip our cake cutting because we didn’t want to miss time on the dancefloor. If you are looking for a DJ that your guests will be talking about long after your wedding, this is your guy. We also booked a photobooth, dry ice, uplighting and a congo player through him. Our guests loved the photobooth, it is very modern and user friendly, even our older guests were using it! They were messaged once their photos were ready and they’re able to digitally download them which is super convenient. We have a link to all the photos taken with the photobooth and it’s so nice seeing our guests enjoy it! The dry ice added a unique effect during our first dance, it was perfect and such a nice touch. The uplighting brought our space together beautifully. And the CONGO PLAYER WAS TO DIE FOR - our guests uploaded so many videos of/with him because he was that good. He had an amazing personality so if you’re able to add that to your package, we highly recommend doing so. Also Will’s set up is SO CLEAN it’s awesome - with some DJs you can see their cords and all that but Will has a façade he uses to hide everything and it looks so good. Will also was able to mix two songs for us for our first dance. We sent him a spanish and an english song and he did a great job with the transition between the two songs. At this point, we knew our songs during our wedding would flow seamlessly. We knew the moment we booked him that we would have the party of a lifetime. And again, if you have ANY doubt, book him. You will not regret it and you’ll be so happy you did! We hope we have another event where we’ll be able to use him and his team! THANK YOU HERCULES ENTERTAINMENT!!!

and even came with contingency plans (you know I like a good backup plan)! He made things so easy and fun while being the most professional. We had beautiful uplighting and the guests loved that they could request songs through his QR code. Zero stress, highly recommend.

nely nice guy who has a true passion for what he does. I know we will use him again and I am already looking forward to it!

s over, and it seemed like there was always people taking pictures in the photobooth area during the reception. It was a big hit and I would definitely recommend!

wife and I got married this past weekend, January 21st, in Winchester VA, and DJ Hercules DMV was our guy. And when I tell you this guy went the extra mile to make our night perfect, that almost sounds like a gross understatement. From our first video call with him, we could tell that he had done this a billion times, and he really did so much to make us feel like our night was gonna be perfect. During our call, he asked who our wedding coordinator was, and when we laughed and pointed at each other nervously, he immediately offered to do what he could to help out. This guy sent us a full digital agenda/schedule and almost minute by minute breakdown of what our night was gonna look like, based solely on our planned ceremony start time. Our biggest stress about our special day was suddenly gone, because we finally had a timeline! He left spots for us to pick out any song we needed for each special “milestone” of the night, including first dance, walking down the aisle, dedication dances, everything. When the big day came we were already so confident that because of his help, everything was gonna go smoothly. But he didn’t stop there! There were times in the night, like when our caterers were wondering when and who to serve, and Me. Sanchez looked at us and was like “relax, I got this.” AND HE TALKED TO THE CATERERS FOR US. I’m telling you, he was our Day-Of coordinator on top of the guy that got the party started, and kept it going. He coordinated with the photographers, he made so many changes on the fly (because of course, it’s a wedding, and things are always gonna be delayed and will not at all go by the set timeline you have, but that was no problem at all with William. He was constantly on the go, while at the same time always checking in withy wife and I, making sure we were happy with everything happening. We started late, photos went longer than expected, dinner and cake cutting was all over the place but if you were there you’d think it was all planned that way down to the minute. And I didn’t even mention - this guy is so affordable. I don’t know if I should say this, but we told him at first that he was over our budget, and it sucked that we couldn’t work with him. But he got back to us and worked with us to make it all work out. All in all, and I hope you’re still reading this review, I rate this guy 1000 out of 10. You need to look no further, if you’re reading this then I’m telling you, you’ve already found your guy. The nicest, hardest working, overall perfect wedding DJ. Mr. Sanchez, if you’re reading this, thank you, Allie and I love you!

had our employees dancing all night long, was extremely helpful making announcements throughout the night, and came prepared with everything that was needed AND MORE!! I would recommend anyone to use this company, specifically Will, for any upcoming events, weddings, holiday parties, etc.! THANK YOU again for making our night even more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

The owner, Will, provided a helpful presentation during the initial consultation to run over all of the fees so we could know what to expect for what we wanted. The bilingual DJ service in particular was great, and really helped make the night for our guests! I would absolutely recommend Hercules for your wedding or event.

ication and punctuality made my day that much better. I'd highly recommend booking Hercules Entertainment. They offer a variety of services and will work with you to suit your needs.

of times and made it so easy for us to pick our wedding song, dance, entrance and all... who knew you needed to do all that??? But more importantly he was very professional, punctual, his sound was on point, he is fun and very friendly. I cant thank you enough for making my wedding day a blast! everyone was on the dance floor including my grandparents. Hercules, you truly have a gift and thank you very much for being able to be part of my day. I highly recommend William (Hercules) for all your events TRUST ME he is the best!

. He provided bilingual MC for our wedding and kept our guests dancing throughout the night. He was also very quick on his feet and able to make last minute changes when we ended up doing an entrance that we had told him we would skip. Lastly, he helped make our Hora Loca a dance party to remember!! All our guests had so much fun, I've been hearing about it all week. You won't regret hiring Hercules Entertainment...book them!

sic. Will thank you from the bottom of my heart. My wedding was perfect.

Will was extremely responsive to any and all questions that we had and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. We heard nothing but positive things from our family and friends who tuned in to watch our wedding! I would highly recommend Will and his company to anyone looking for a wedding live stream service.

mmend.

asy to understand his service/package offerings and helped make our decision to go with him a no-brainer. We had a long lead-time ahead of our wedding from when we booked and DJ Hercules made sure to still check in with us periodically to see if we needed anything, and as we approached the last few months before the wedding, he reached out to set up a coordination call to go over a day-of timeline, which he also worked with our venue coordinator on (and made our lives super easy!), asked us to send him any must-have songs for our wedding, any do-not play songs/styles, and worked closely with us to ensure he had all our details right for the big day, taking special care to cater to our Mexican & Bolivian cultures and he made us feel confident he would deliver on a great event. On our wedding day, he was such a fun MC and he and his partner even took time while setting up to help me and my husband practice a performance we had planned, cheered us on, and helped us feel great about our upcoming event. He executed the timeline perfectly, both in Spanish and English as we had requested, he was flexible and easy-going on any slight timeline change that happened (as it always happens in any event!) and he just went with the flow. He clearly knows how to read a room and he made sure that our guests danced and enjoyed the whole time. We've been at weddings where the music is just not motivating people to dance and the DJs keep on with their own agenda, but DJ Hercules was the complete opposite. We told him how important it was to us to cater to all of the different cultures from our diverse guests and he understood the assignment and delivered! I can't remember a time when our dance floor wasn't packed. My husband and I, our parents, families and friends all had a great time and so many people came up to us afterwards and even days later to tell us how much fun they had dancing at our wedding, how great the music was, and many said that this party was a 20 out of 10 for them and the best party they had been to! We look forward to having DJ Hercules at our next big party - he will definitely be our first choice and we highly recommend him to anyone! Book DJ Hercules, you won't regret it! :)

ur needs and wants since the first time. Before the wedding we had a couple meetings to plan details which made the day of the wedding super organized and smooth. At the wedding he brought and additional person to help out and he was also very nice and attentive. We got him as an MC and DJ so it was perfect for our guests who only spoke one language as he did most things in both english and spanish. Thank you for helping my wedding day be one of the best days!!

e whole night. Will was so responsive and professional from the beginning. He was accommodating as we navigated through COVID regulations. We spent a little more than our original budget but I was glad I could entrust them with our reception and multicultural guests.

g for everyone! He expertly mixed so many different types of music for us, and we had almost everyone dancing for the majority of the evening. He was so responsive and helpful during the planning process that I just knew we were in good hands. A lot of our friends and family were so impressed with the work of Will and his team, they even told me he was the best wedding DJ they had experienced! We are so grateful for the life and energy they brought to our wedding

ngs from music to monograms and photo booth to fit into our theme. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He put together an agenda for our wedding that helped us stay organized on our wedding day. There were a lot of little things I hadn’t thought about until we met with him in person and he guided us through everything. From that moment we knew we had chosen the right team to entertain our guest with. I highly recommend Hercules Entertainment for your event!

mmodating, flexible and so very patient. Will was also extremely responsive and was professional in all of his responses, no matter how silly our questions or requests were. Will added an extra pizzazz to my sister’s wedding reception that I don’t think anyone else could have. He understood our wants and needs exactly and seamlessly brought all the pieces of the music together while also serving as our guide through the wedding. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is on the fence about having a DJ! Do yourself a favor and choose him.

glish and Spanish speaking guests, and accommodated song requests (sent in via text due to COVID!) from our guest. His team even livestreamed our toasts and first dances so our virtual guests could enjoy. Communication was top notch, and we appreciated the zoom planning meeting two months before our wedding to make sure we have all our bases covered. Would definitely choose Will and his team again for any events in the future. Thanks DJ Hercules!!

an AMAZING job from beginning to end through the wedding planning process. He was very responsive to emails/phone calls and addressing our needs for how we wanted the livestream to go. He teamed up with our DJ to host the whole event. He uses a service to livestream to guests all over the world so they can still watch at home safely. Not a lot of businesses are doing this right now so we're SO thankful Will was there to make our day run smoothly. We even created photo and video montages to have him play - our guests LOVED it! We highly recommend his services - professional, really awesome guy who is very knowledgable in the industry.

e time for us every time we asked. He is a perfectionist! There is only one DJ in the DC Metro anyone should choose for any even, especially wedding....that is Will!!!

re Christmas for an event less than 2 weeks away and they were able to provide everything we needed at a reasonable price. Even though it was the holidays, they were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. William went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were covered. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. They helped us go from "disaster" to "WAY better than we could have dreamed"!

mains present should anything happen - and someone who steps up to assist in any way possible. I couldn’t imagine ever using any other company, my events mean so much to me and Torrchez Entertainment makes things so incredibly easy for me. I would give a million stars if I could.

ht. He also provided beautiful uplighting for our ballroom. Will was extremely professional, courteous, timely and very easy to communicate with throughout our planning process. He listened to our ideas and helped us bring our vision to life. We are so glad we chose him as our DJ-our guests loved him! We are recommending him to everyone! Thank you for the great service, Will!

. They go above and beyond to weet your every need. They're so kind and personable but on top of that - they're incredibly talented. Their music selection is spot on. And they have incredible attention to details. As a wedding videographer, I've seen some weddings go south because the bride and groom chose the wrong DJ or chose to do it themselves whether it was issues during the ceremony or reception. William and his wife execute flawlessly giving you the peace of mind (let alone that absolute beautiful arrangement they set up) to have your special day carried out to perfection. Thank you William. We had an amazing wedding thanks to you!! Torrchez has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for your DJ services needs. Oh - definitely get the CO2 gun added to your package!!

ade the event shine. The MC part was important and William did an outstanding job of keeping things moving and the he guests laughing. They provided great up lighting and custom hobos for the event. Even made great suggestions with how to incorporate social media to make the party next level. They party was so good we paid the venue extra so we could extend the party longer. They did an amazing job and this is the second time I have hired this them. I am sure to use them again in the future.
