Amazing place with so many options. Staff is amazing from start to finish even through alterations. I was able to find my perfect dress after trying on what I "thought" I originally wanted. Show stopper of a gown and they even have the best price for cleaning/preserving of gown after your wedding. Very highly recommend!!! My sister is also getting married this year and she too found her perfect gown at this salon after trying on soo many at multiple stores and we didn't even realize we chose the same salon. Thank goodness it wasn't the same gown haha...

It has been an incredible journey and I am so very grateful for all of our loyal brides who have become family to us over the years, it is truly our pleasure turning your dreams into reality. I am also very grateful for our hardworking staff, including both of my daughters, who work incessantly to create amazing looks and develop great relationships with all of our customers.

I also found the most beautiful veil. I wanted to make my dress a bit more special and they allowed me to add a belt and bow to my dress. The seamstresses are miracle workers. I originally ordered a size 16 and with all my weight loss was down to a 12. They cinched it all in. The dress fit like a glove. I could not recommend this place more. They were also amazing to my mom during her mother of the bride dress shopping trip. The staff was kind also. They treated my special needs brother with kindness. Definitely recommend them for any dress shopping.

de turned into an incredibly frustrating and upsetting experience. I was originally quoted one price for my alterations, only to be charged more after the fact for changes that were already done — and not even completed. It felt dishonest and incredibly unfair. What made matters worse was the way I was treated throughout the process. The owner made extremely inappropriate comments about my body, stating that the dress would “never fit to your expectation because it’s a deep V back and your breasts are too big for that.” Not only was this offensive, but it was also completely untrue — I later went to another seamstress who made the dress fit perfectly. To add insult to injury, at one point I was even asked if I was on my period because the dress seemed “tighter.” I can’t imagine a more unprofessional or inappropriate question to ask a client — let alone a bride preparing for her wedding day. While Jenna, the alterations manager, was kind and helpful throughout, the owner’s behavior was beyond unacceptable. When I calmly asked for a refund due to being double charged, I was met with hostility and told, “You don’t scare me,” as though I was trying to intimidate someone just by asking to be treated fairly. I left this shop feeling humiliated, overcharged, and deeply disappointed. No bride should ever be made to feel this way. The entire experience was not only unprofessional but personally degrading. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did.

me looked at pictures I had and found the perfect dress in my budget. And I love my dress! I stored my dress with them for a small extra fee and they kept it nice and safe. Alterations were less to my satisfaction. The seamstress was nice, but tried to talk me down from the specific alterations I wanted (i.e. removing my train), which didn’t feel great. She was also pricey, only took cash, and didn’t talk to me at all when I came back to review the alterations and pick up my dress. I would take my alterations elsewhere next time.

dresses pulled. I tried on probably close to 15-20 different dresses. The entire process was extremely smooth and I had no major issues! The dress I picked and was my size, fit already for the most part except for the strap area was too big. They convinced me to go up a size. The next day, I looked up the measurements on the vendors website vs my measurements they did and the larger size would have required way more alterations than necessary so I called and switched to the accurate size - no problem. During my first alteration appointment (first weekend in January, that I went alone to) I made a joke about holiday food when putting my dress on and the seamstress made a snarky response like "then why did you make an appointment so close to the holidays" - and stormed away. A new seamstress came to work with me and was a lot kinder and had more patience. This was my only issue I had with HCTB. Alterations are cash only, which was not a problem as they told me from the very beginning and I had budget the $650 that is listed on the contract, but mine came in under that. Otherwise, my dress turned out absolutely beautiful and fit me perfectly!!! I felt beautiful and comfortable my entire wedding day :)

ive, the seamstress in particular did an absolutely fantastic job tailoring the dress to me. I went with her recommendations and it had the perfect fluff and float while allowing me to easily do my practiced first dance with my husband. I felt so, so beautiful on my wedding day and absolutely loved my dress. I had good experiences in the store and found the price for my dress and veil to be a good value. While I did not realize the alterations weren't included, I had such a good experience with the tailoring that I didn't mind the extra fee.

I was having a hard time deciding between two different silhouettes and so not only did Gabby keep pulling multiple dresses from the two silhouette types, but she recommended alternating between the two. The stylist I was paired with was the biggest vibe killer. She did not seem enthusiastic or happy to be there, and it immediately made me feel like a burden and rushed to find the dress. She would pick them, help put them on, then stand back and just cross her arms with flat affect. I had been to a bridal salon before where the stylist asked me personal questions to find my style, made me feel special, complimented the looks, and worked with me on what I liked and didn’t like. I ultimately ended up going with the dress from the other place, and a lot of it had to do with the vibes the stylist gave me and my party that were with me. Dresses there were beautiful, but I because of my bad experience, I did not feel it. Your job is to style brides and help them find their special dress on their special day, and my stylist at Here Comes The Bride did the exact opposite of that.

had a large variety, especially in lacey dresses which is what I was looking for. I was a little confused by the alterations process and ended up taking my dress to get altered somewhere else that seemed to have a better deal, but as far as finding and purchasing the dress HCTB was so helpful and communicative!

I found my wedding dress at HCTB. Erin was my consultant, and she was extremely polite, responsive to my tastes, and respectful of my budget. She brought out multiple dresses that ...

were all contenders, and I had a hard time narrowing down my choices! Erin made suggestions for veils and accessories that fit my budget and look really well. After ordering my dress, there were some shipping delays, but the staff at HCTB were courteous and flexible. They covered the rush fees for my alterations to make sure I was ready in time for the big day. Rudi was my alterations seamstress, and she was incredible. Her comments and suggestions made it clear that she is an expert seamstress with plenty of experience. The dress looked amazing on my wedding day, and most importantly, I felt amazing in it!
